I can’t recommend this place enough! The coaches are incredible! They know when to prompt, when to push, when to assist, and when to compliment or encourage. My little has gained so much genuine confidence and amazing coordination skills from these weekly sessions! I appreciate that we can do make up classes if we’re sick-important for my budget and for anyone that has kids. Love love love and appreciate this place!

Emily is the best director! She makes the Littleton location feel like a family and wonderful community. The coaches are also amazing. They make the classes very fun for the kids. We originally joined KidStrong because we wanted our son to improve his strength/balance/coordination etc to prep for sports. Not only does it help with that, but it also improves his confidence and coachability. We will be life long members! If you have a child, they NEED to do KidStrong! I am also a PT and I just see so many amazing benefits in teaching these kids how to correctly move their bodies at a young age and build confidence.

It's been an awesome experience for my kiddo. Kid Strong has given him the confidence in the "gym" and outside the "gym" in every day life circumstances. Not only are the classes fun and engaging for any age group, the leadership team is outstanding. They are very kind to each student, encouraging and energetic! Overall wonderful experience! Looking forward to more classes to come.

All the coaches are great! My son asks to go to class all the time! He has a lot of energy and loves doing new things, so he has a lot of fun every time. Also it’s been great as a parent to see him learn so much so quickly and become more confident!

We hosted my son’s birthday party here and could not be more pleased. We had never been and weren’t sure what to expect.

The tailored program was perfect for school aged boys and girls who need some direction and to have fun. Ben and his coach were the perfect hosts and coaches.

I highly recommend for an event and for kids who need a positive energy release.

My son started here when they opened and has enjoyed rising through their ranks. He looks forward to going every week, constantly wants to check on his progress and has amazing interactions with all the coaches there. His confidence and abilities continue to blossom and I have caught him stating “I am strong. I am brave. I can do this” to himself prior to doing something scary or new to him. KidStrong is providing him with good skills for his future and we’re excited for what the next levels will bring!

We have been coming to the Littleton location for two years now and it is a wonderful program. It has done so much for my son and would recommend to everyone.
