Sean is am amazing person and trainer. I was referred to him upon leaving a 10 day ICU stay with a life threatening pneumonia. In the last nine months I have gone from having no energy and a 30% lung capacity to, regaining my energy, health, physical fitness and significantly increased lung capacity. My doctors were concerned that I would not recover. Not only have I recovered, I am now off of disability and back to work. If you are serious about getting healthy and fit there is only one person that I would recommend. That is Sean with J-Range Training.
