Despite having to pay for CEUs, having instant gratification is great! The credits appear as soon as they are earned online. The only downside I am having is that the credits won’t transfer over to NBSTSA instantly too. My certification ends at midnight, but tomorrow I’ll have to pay a $25 processing fee, and a $75 late fee so I can work on Monday. If we can earn CEUs at any time of day or night, why can’t I submit them for Recertification as well? 24 hours to upload them is
RIDICULOUS. Both websites are linked and ‘related’ so it looks like a money grab.

the last time i had to renew, i was having to check weekly to see when i was certified again. I'm loving how my ceu's go in automatically. and how I'm certified almost immediately. love it. cant get away from paying fees but i love the convenience of it.

Biggest waste of Surgical tech hard earned money. We have to pay around 6 dollars a CE. On top of that we need 30 CE's. I was told i do not have to pay to get them done. Yet, if I am not a member they charge an outrageous price to put them in. We work extremely hard to be certified and keep it up. Just to take what little pay we do get and have it stolen by this group.

Do something for your people. All you do is collect membership fees. Your people are severely underpaid. Do better AST.
