Very helpful staff. I'm a transportation hauler & they make hauling vehicles for my customers easier. Their system to find the cars I haul from their auction is easy to use & it makes my job faster & easier. I just wish they'd let you pick up vehicles 24/7

I received a phone call from the GM of Adesa Birmingham. Our company had 3 vehicles we purchased Wednesday so I hired a trucking company to pick them up. This 3rd party trucking company were driving other vehicles and racing around the lot. Thanks Alfi (Sorry for the spelling) for kicking this 3rd party to the curb and not releasing our vehicles. This could have ended very bad for us if he did release these vehicles. The bottom line, Adesa did the right thing by removing them. Thanks again Adesa Birmingham for going the extra mile and exceed our expectations. I will continue purchasing vehilces from Adesa Birmingham, a true 5 star experience. Scott W

I drive cars in auction on Wednesday when available, i enjoy driving trucks, jeeps, flatbeds, Nicole (Supervisor) is always very pleasant, the environment is clean( area where cars drive thru, restrooms, etc.

I dont normally leave bad reviews, but this was an overall awful experience.
I wasn't the clientele, just chauffeured a friend to pick up their vehicle...
Among other damage, they ripped out his subwoofers, not unplugged, ripped them out, destroying the wiring. They weren't even going to tell him if he hadn't checked the car before leaving. Took another hour to "find them"...
Seems a bit shady to me. ?
