What an amazing day! My 94 year old mother moved in today. Prior to moving here she was living in an independent living community. At her previous community she rarely left her apartment except for lunch. Today, we pulled up to the front of the community and we’re met by Cody, the health and wellness director, who helped me get my mom to her apartment. Cindy the sales coordinator came to her room to finish filling out paperwork. Eric, the executive Director came down and met her and invited her to happy hour. An hour later, Eric came back and escorted my mom to happy hour and she spent the last two hours out of her apartment socializing with people, laughing dining with peers and making new friends. My heart is so full of gratitude tonight. Well done Brookdale team well done.

The entire staff at Brookdale Littleton was fantastic during my Mom’s stay which was for about 16 months. They quickly made her feel welcome and became friends with many. She spoke often about how nice everyone was to her and how she liked the facilities. She also raved about the food.

As a family member, everyone also made me feel very comfortable while visiting but more importantly, gave me confidence that she was in good, caring hands. Even though I was able to visit a couple times each week, I knew when I was not there, she was being treated well. It is so important to have faith that everyone has the best interest of the resident and the family in mind. I always felt that way while my Mom was with Brookdale in Littleton. I can’t imagine how difficult it is to be a caregiver. But it is such an important role and everyone at Brookdale recognizes the impact they have on the lives of residents and families. Thank you.

My mom moved to Brookdale Littleton in October 2020 due to declining health. While COVID presented some challenges, she soon settled in and truly thrived there. She made many friends and went on quite a few adventures. She’s sadly passed on, but I really had the chance to spend time there over the last few weeks sitting with her and I was really struck with how caring every single employee was. Day or night, they were warm, helpful, and kind.

I truly believe my Mom’s life was greater both in length and quality because of Brookdale Littleton and its Staff.

After a recent visit to Brookdale of Littleton and having visited other communities, I highly recommend this quaint, lovely community. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm and the residents are so friendly and engaging. It offers a homey feeling with plenty of fun activities that will keep Mom busy!

Brookdale has a friendly enivroment and the care their residents get is OUTSTANDING! I am impressed with how quickly they work to help families find a home for their loved ones. It's truly comforting knowing your family member are being taken care of. If I could give it 10 stars I would!!!

My grandmother stayed here for awhile and had many issues with staff members being rude and not submitting her medicine to her on time. There were many times when I was walking around trying to find a staff member to help move her or get something and could not find anyone. I would hear her neighbors next door telling their family members the same issues with this facility, soon after many rooms were vacant. It was a struggle trying to find someone to simply clean her room and when I would personally ask someone if they could please clean her room they would tell me that she was refusing it but she never did. They were very short handed with staff members and were not helpful or respectful. I would not recommend staying here at all, our experience here was horrible.

The Executive Director and staff are doing a superb job! They keep my aunt busy all day long with lots of activities. She often tells me how she feels very much at home.
