Great little park. Lots of parking along main road if lot is full. Not much water access at all. It's Daytona Beach busy almost always because there is a 10 yard stretch of water. Great for the dog and kids though ND that's all that matters.

Cute little park in a small mountain town that had neat wildlife up close and a small river stream running aside it. Kind of silly that the city had the property lines messed up.

Great play structures for big kids and little ones. A beautiful stream and trees to explore. Swings, merry-go-round, and a bit of open field. Porta-potties available for bathroom needs. Watch the little ones near the highway. Mine tried to climb the stairs and run straight out there.

Horrible place and community that practices Imminent Domain. This is theft! I have read the other reviews here and really see that Noone sees a problem with trespassing with their children It's your responsibility to keep them safe! That's putting them in danger! Also see the review of the man who's children are sitting on a yellow bench. That is not the city's bench that is someone's backyard. Educate yourself before you take your children places.

A nice spot but very small, not a lot of parking and no facilities. Other parks like Bear Creek Lake Park offer more and are better options.

Fun little park on the way to Evergreen via Morrison. They just reopened the creek to the public. They did put up ropes and rules so people don't go into the private land right there. Just follow the rules and its all good. Nice grassy area. Fun swings and slides for the little ones.
