Our son Blake 2nd Grade now has been going to Huntington for about six month have seen great improvement in reading and writing and vocabulary. Slight improvement in math but he really doesn’t like it so I understand the slow improvement. But his reading and writing greatly improved and it showed on his ISIP test. I recommend Huntington and specially if you have K-3 grade who needs 1-1 tutoring. Staff there is very nice but Julie the coordinator is great!

Our elementary aged daughter fell behind in math skills during the years that she was online due to the pandemic, and we were really concerned about her losing confidence when we saw her struggling with some of the work upon returning to school in person. We contacted Huntington thanks to the recommendation of a friend, whose children had success with the program.
I have worked in academics and tutoring at a college level, and from the start, I was incredibly impressed with the assessment tools used by Huntington as well as the customized plan they put together based on the results. Our daughter loved working with the teachers who tutored her, and she truly looked forward to attending her sessions! Thanks to the phenomenal team at this location, our daughter caught back up to grade level (and then some!). Plus, she gained so much self assurance in all subjects of her academic work. I am convinced that this has played a large role in her incredibly successful start to middle school this year.
When our high school senior wanted to improve her SAT score, we knew exactly who to call. After an intensive summer prep program at Huntington, our daughter just retook her SAT, and she not only hit her target score, she learned so many excellent test taking skills which I know will serve her well as she goes on to college. Additionally, the challenge and one on one support offered throughout the SAT prep program helped her to realize that she can tackle any challenge successfully with hard work and the right help. It was amazing to see how much more she believed in herself as the program progressed.
We cannot say enough about our wonderful experience with absolutely everyone, from teachers/tutors to staff to the director of the program, Naureen, who has been a true gift to our family. Every person we’ve had the pleasure of working with at this location has gone above and beyond. They have put their whole hearts into helping our girls meet and exceed their goals, and we couldn’t be more thankful or pleased with the results.

Our son was struggling with reading, writing and math and it had been an issue for a few years - testing below grade level in all 3. Sending our son to Huntington was really a great decision as our son now is testing at or above grade level for all those impacted subjects.

They run a professional and efficient center and really do care about the academic outcomes for their students.

My children are in the public school system, unfortunately I saw so many gaps in their foundation. Luckily, Naureen(owner) entered our lives & introduced us to the Huntington program. I'm impressed with the quality of the tutors, who are top notch, nurturing and kind people.
My son attended the SAT/ACT prep, honestly, it's an intense & vigorous program but he learned so many new skills along with test taking strategies. If university is your goal then Huntington is your pathway!

Like most teenagers, my daughter was NOT thrilled when we had her tested and enrolled at Huntington. For some reason she thought we were cramping her social life ?

While her grades were decent, we saw how much she struggled with assignments and/or tests and often had to redo the work. The testing done by Huntington revealed academic gaps going back to elementary school, so we signed up and crossed our fingers!

One year later, my daughter’s scholastic performance has improved immensely. She struggles less and rarely has to redo work. She has learned techniques and strategies that will help her through the rest of her high school and college years.

Watching my daughter’s confidence grow and her willingness to advocate for herself was nothing short of amazing. There are not enough ways to say thank you to Naureen and her amazing team for supporting and encouraging her.

My daughter has attended Huntington CP for five months for reading support. She has made such great progress in her reading proficiency and comprehension. She can now read independently and tackles new more difficult words with confidence. The tutors at Huntington are great at coaching and teaching reading foundations. I'm so thrilled with my daughter's progress in a short amount of time. The staff is professional and supportive and wants your child to succeed. I would recommend Huntington to any parent.
