The owner, Cory, is awesome! We visit for private lessons for my son in baseball. Cory is, hands down, the best there is when it comes to working with kids. He teaches them in a way they can grasp, understand and retain. I have recommended him for years to people and will continue to do so!

Great gym with great instructors! They suggest different options for people with wrist or other issues and are very encouraging, no matter what level fitness you're at! The crossfit community here is great and that alone is one of the reasons I keep coming back!

During my time in Alabama i joined this gym. Cory and his staff treated me like family from day 1. Sadly I had to move and i was very dissapointed I had to leave. This is by far the best gym in Montgomery, AL.

Great staff and facility, work with you to make a better version of yourself whatever that may be physically, and probably mentally as well. Wife has been going here over a year and I am simply amazed at her progress with both!
