After working with Kathy through a very difficult contract via an investment team that included, I suspect, the real estate agent and the “home inspector”. We finally closed and sold our house. It was not fun and would not have been possible without Kathy’s help. Selling a house in Kolorado is now almost impossible without a good agent.

I was shocked by the lack of seller protection in this state. Because of this, I often times expressed my frustration and anger when I was talking with Kathy. I was difficult at first but Kathy turned that situation around completely. She worked much much harder than the buyers agent and was still getting just .5% commission instead of the usual 3%. I truly believe she does it because she knows that sellers in that and other left coast states have basically zero rights right up until the money is in the bank. She also knows just how wrong it is for these agents to get 3% for the work they actually do. You have to pay homage or you can’t sell a home in that state. However, I ended up getting $40,000 more than I was willing to take on the payoff. Kathy made that possible. She is a straight shooter, hard working, honest, has a backbone and very knowledgeable in her trade. Oh yes, I can say with 100%, she is very patient and earned every penny she got on the payout. You will not go wrong with Kathy Haas in your corner.
