Not only does the staff provide amazing help for students who find subjects difficult or are struggling at a specific subject comprehending with amazing tactics— my experience with Sylvan the staff were patient, understanding and supportive. I truly wish the best for Sylvan and am endlessly grateful for all the support they provided for me and hope everyone else gets an experience as I did or even better ❤️! We purchased several sessions for our 4th grader. He was a student all summer and was to have several sessions throughout fall. Without notice the center was closed and we have been waiting three months now for a refund. I will never trust this business again. Reporting my trouble to the Better Business Bureau today!!

My oldest daughter started with Sylvan in the first grade and is now a senior in high school. She was reading at a preschool level in the middle of first grade. The schools extra help wasn’t touching what she really needed. At semester break we called Jamie and set up an assessment and she started right away. Within a year she had completed her target level and was reading at a third grade level. I can honestly say that without the help of the outstanding director and teachers, my daughter would not be an honor roll student and have the confidence she does today. With that said, 9 years later my youngest daughter started the second grade and was struggling with the same issues. We are currently attending Sylvan today and she loves going there and loves the teachers she has. Sylvan teaches the students in a fashion that works for just them and is targeted to the way they learn. It’s been 7 months and my daughter comes home everyday with more and more confidence in her reading ability. Sylvan may not be for everyone, but it is worth the investment for our children’s academic future.

My son Emilio was really struggling in school, so I decided to put him in sylvan. It was the best decision I could have made for him, within a month I seen improvement. He always looks forward to coming and is eager to learn! He really loves earning his tokens and it pushes him to want to learn more! Jaime is awesome, he very detailed in explaining everything you need to know about the program. I highly recommend sylvan!

Enrolling our daughter in Sylvan has been a decision we’re sure to never regret. She was pretty shy in the beginning and transitioning in to their classroom was a huge source of anxiety. Allyson, Wanda, Beth and Jamie were all amazing in helping to support her and even made special accommodations to make her feel more comfortable. She’s not only improving academically but her confidence and desire to learn has improved significantly. She’s now super excited for “Sylvan Days” and asks if she can go on days that she’s not even scheduled!

My son has been helped in the areas of reading and math. The director, Jamie Webb, does a fantastic job of really seeing the students and identifying areas to help them. You can't get better if you don't know where to start. My son has improved in both reading and math because of Sylvan. Highly recommended.

I am a very happy parent. The tutors at Sylvan are providing exactly what I wanted this summer: a systematic review of what my child didn't understand in her school's math curriculum last year plus a head start on the math topics that will be presented in her school in the fall. The Sylvan tutors are engaging with my child and highlighting her strengths. This has been a positive experience all around.
