I could not recommend this facility more! Mrs. Marietta and her team are some of the kindest and knowledgeable people I have come in contact with. I have taken a significant number of college level exams in their facilities and with the quality of the furniture and equipment it does not get much better. I enjoyed using the Exam Center's facility so thoroughly in college that I came back for my insurance licensing exam. If possible, I would never take an exam at another facility because of the top-notch equipment and the character of these people.

The new location is much nicer than the previous location and the new chairs are more comfortable than the old chairs. Overall it's not bad outside of the solid 30 min drive to get there. But, it can't compare to the Pearson VUE location in the Carmichael Center, so I have to give it 4 instead of 5 stars.

Open on Saturdays for working folks. Testing center is very comfortable and the desks and chairs are perfect for maintaining good posture to allow you the focus you need to pass your exam. The testing computers were new, and they even made noise cancelling headphones available.

My company scheduled and paid for this exam through the UA website. I realized I was going to be about 5 minutes late so I called the number listed under the address in my email and left a message. The number turns out to be to UA and not the local center, which I have no way of knowing since that is the number that was listed. I arrived 6 minutes late exactly and was EXTREMELY shocked by how rude and condescending the front desk woman was as soon as I walked in. She is older with short dark hair. She would barely even let me speak and got smart with me after anything I said. When I apologized for being late, she simply shrugged and said "Im sorry too". Then drank her coffee. If I was not going to be allowed based on a rule about being late she could have simply told me. I couldn't believe how rude and condescending she was! I wish I could give 0 stars.
UPDATE* Never once did I complain about the exam process, only how I was treated. Which is completely true. Judging by the reply to this, which also features lies, I think people can clearly see that I was talking to a rude and condescending person, as she continues to do so on this post and threaten me for speaking about it. Horrible. Professionalism should be granted to every customer.

The people who run this facility were very kind, did not patronize me, and made getting my GED a very painless experience. For those in the Prattville/Millbrook area, I could not recommend them enough.

I have now taken 8 certification exams at this testing center. It is the most professional, and painless testing center that you could go to. This area is very lucky to have a place like this, considering how rural it is. Couldn't recommend it enough!

This place always provides a nice clean environment to test in, there is fine road noise, but they provided noise cancelling head sets. The staff is very friendly.
