Call you brother while sticking a knife in your back. Complain about non union hack job work while doing worse than hack job work. Was lied to about getting raised to full journeyman pay 25 years experience making less than somebody with 4. Paid 12 months of dues only worked 8 months they kept saying I was late and about to be suspended but would give receipts with no dates. Haven't worked there since April and STILL haven't got all the vacation pay they took from my check. Had to call national office to even get anybody to look into it or return a call. And on top of that you get told how to vote and how great Joe Biden is doing on the economy. Smfh. Just know what you're getting into. And that the guy playing on his phone all day and spends hours in the Porta potty and gets absolutely nothing done gets paid the exact same as you do. Or in my case more.

Everyone is very courteous.it a place to gain employment without experience. As long as you do your job they got your back. You can also learn how to attend apprentice school through this organization. It is a long-term benefit. The jobs are unionized. The jobs pay very well. It is male or female. A person has to be willing to learn the job.

Earn while you learn be becoming an apprentice. After 4 years of classroom hours, good pay, and OJT, a Journeyman Sheet Metal worker earns $37.17/hr. Plus fringe benefits and a pension.
