Pretty disappointed. Considering the price I paid, everything was a let down. I've had better hotel experiences at a Quality Inn.

The food was too expensive and was merely okay. Most of the staff was polite, but the two individuals that were not were pretty rude to us. The shower was clogged in our room. Fixtures in the bathroom were about to fall off the wall, and the handle in the shower was, too! We were promised a bathrobe and slippers when we selected our room in the app, and then were told that those amenities are not included with our room. The elevators were slow and felt risky to ride.

I can't imagine that anyone could have a better experience here than they would at literally any other resort anywhere. We will not be back.

Stayed 2 nights. The room doors would slam on their own and you could hear it early in the morning and late at night. The mini fridge was broken and our complimentary water was room temp. All of the food is overpriced for standard quality, but was in fact mediocre at best. There was a long wait for service at the brewery. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Thermostats not very responsive. I am sure there are better hotels nearby that do not charge through the nose. Looking at other reviews, even being a member does not significantly improve the quality of your stay. Disappointing to say the least

EV drivers beware! I gave a five star review after my stay in August but this time, however, the hotel did not meet expectations.

First, my room was downgraded to a lower floor and without the golf view despite paying for the upgraded rooms. This was because my mom was arriving two days later and requested connecting rooms. It wasn’t great but it was fine.

The worst part was the incredible inconvenience of their broken EV chargers. It added a significant amount of time, money, and stress. I had to stay here for ten days while going through medical treatments and their chargers didn’t work for the entire stay. I only rented an EV because the hotel website advertises their chargers and they do have quite a few. The front desk and guest services tried their best to help, but ultimately I believe the management working off-site needs to make it a priority. It’s a bit hard to believe it takes weeks to schedule a technician given the number of other hotels with Tesla destination chargers that work for non-Tesla EVs. If they have no intention of fixing them anytime soon, then I hope the website is updated accordingly so future guests will be warned and won’t waste time driving around random dark parking lots.

Hilton Denver Inverness really delivered an unforgettable stay—just not in the way I hoped. I started by asking a simple question in check-in : “What time is checkout?” They said 1 PM for Diamond. Great! I then tentatively asked, “Is it possible to make it 2 PM, as I have meetings until then?” They approved it, only to later claim I had requested a 12 PM checkout instead (which, fun fact, is earlier than the standard 1 PM checkout for Diamond members). When I tried to clarify, the manager kindly accused me of lying. He kept saying you were asking for 12 check-out. What is the meaning to ask can I do 12 when he said 1 for Diamond. Nothing like being called dishonest to make a loyal guest feel appreciated!

Oh, and let’s talk about the automatic door. It wasn’t broken—the front desk staff decided not to use it because they didn’t want it opening “too much” in the cold weather. Did anyone think about guests struggling with multiple pieces of luggage after a ski trip? Apparently not. Staff stood there watching us struggle without offering any help. I even provided feedback about this through their messaging service, but, unsurprisingly, I received no reply. Why ask for feedback if you have no intention of responding?

Multiple more things to be complained… I have good memories with other Hilton hotels so far but this one is definitely not.

Pros: nice rooms, pretty lobby. Major cons: food and service. The food was remarkably bad across all 3 facilities (lobby cafe, breakfast restaurant, dinner restaurant). Stale bagels and muffins FOR DAYS at the lobby coffee shop (how can they be stale every single day? Wouldn't they taste fresh at least one of 4 days?) And the food downstairs at the main dinner restaurant was just scary. The fries were fine, everything else was just scary. The vibe from the overall service is that these employees are struggling and unhappy: some were trying, but I can tell this location is badly managed from the top down. Not a 4 star experience by any stretch.

Great stay but not sure I would spend a lot on it. Staff was absolutely fabulous from check in to check out. I’m not good with names but everyone was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my wife and I. ||I am a diamond member and was staying on an expiring free night credit so we booked a basic room. Upon check in diamond status was acknowledged and they immediately upgraded us to a suit. There was no one there as it’s off season but still it was a nice touch. ||Speaking of off season their main restaurant was closed at night which left a pub for dinner with very limited menu. It was good and service again was great but would have been nice to have a little better choice. Seemed there was more salad choices than there was main entrees. ||Now the bad and reason for 4 stars. It’s dated and not just a little and being off season seemed like small things were not being maintained. Elevator lights and even some buttons were not working. Pretty basic. Carpet could use replacement and believe it or not but the evacuation sign on door in room was not accurate. The thing showed us you are here but in all actuality we were not there but down the hall. Would think this would be a fire code violation. ||Spa was nice but massages were absolutely worthless both my wife and I found it more of a caress than a massage and didn’t walk out of there feeling any different especially for the cost. ||Overall I would go back during on season but not during offseason

We had our wedding room block here and everyone had a great time! Plenty of space for large groups in the bar and lobby areas.
We had a mixup at the front desk with our suite but Desiree made it right and then some! She was very helpful during our stay.

Nice property. Long hike to the room from the elevator. Room service was lacking, we were out all day returned to the room not being serviced at 4pm. Nice casual bar and the breakfast buffet was good. The location is between the airport and downtown.
