I bought a vario with a discount code but they sent the wrong one. It took over 40 days and battling them to replace and refund the proper amount of money, which in the end they didn’t do. While their prices are competitive, their attempts to fix their own mistake were so sub par I cannot recommend them.

Staff at Let’s Go Paragliding responded to my questions in a timely matter. ( only by email) texting would be better in my opinion.
My wing was shipped immediately after they received it from the factory and was packed perfectly.
If I purchase another wing or Paragliding equipment I would definitely recommend and go with Let’s Go Paragliding. Thank you all.

There are many great places to buy paragliding equipment, but this site is not one of them. That is, unless you don't mind being cross-examined by someone you would expect to treat you like you are the customer, and not them. I was questioned about who I was taking lessons from to see if I was qualified for them to sell me anything. 🤣You think they would stand behind the warranty of anything they sell ? Then the other shady thing is you google map the address and it shows a dirt road with no house in sight. Again, paragliding equipment is expensive so I need a place reputable to buy from, this is not one of those places.

I've bought two harnesses here. It seems like a small operation and I ended up with an unexpected delay the first time I shopped here (they were expecting a shipment from Sup'air but it got delayed quite a bit), but the owner was communicative and I did end up receiving my harness. The second time everything went smoothly and I promptly received my order. Overall it seems like a good operation and I've been happy with the equipment I've bought here.

Benoit i'm so happy to know you,everything happens after i was in a motorcycle accident and i need something that can replace it, i found Tucker Gott in you tube and i beginning my love for the sport of paragliding, need it to have a ground-handling harness i found Benoit that have a lot of patient because he ask me question and we chatting over the phone for more than one hour and i told my story and was so great that he advise me that my first fly was need it to have and instructor and don't teach myself, i'm listen to him and i did my first fly with the local instructor in south Florida and wuala my first fly was amazing, unique feelings thanks Benoit to drive me the right way to don't get bad habits and have the instruction for safe fly, after that day we are connect and i get more of my gear with Mr. Benoit Bruneau, so much respect when the advise was real to be safe more than anything else.
