I am 50 years old and I haven't taken a 3 week course in 15-20 years. The AHIT instructor for this class was spot-on, having 12+ years of experience in the field of Home Inspection. He made learning fun and easy by sharing lots of great personnel, experiences. He shared with us what worked for his business and what didn't. The class was made up of people with different work backgrounds, races, genders, and ethnicities. Our instructor was able to reach everyone with his vast knowledge and broad teaching techniques. The learning materials included 3 Home Inspection text books(2 for the National Exam and 1 AHIT General Knowledge), several sample inspection forms, NYS Laws and Regulations, Power Points, Videos, and pictures. It may sound like a lot, but our instructor made the course flow, information easy to understand, and digest. My 20 year old and I took this class so we can start a business together. I highly recommend the AHIT program because their instructors have a great deal of experience in this field, care about the students grasping and understanding all the information during the class, take great pride in being Professional Home Inspectors, and help the student understand how important doing a good job for their prospective clients will be.

Sean and Chris are fantastic instructors. they had great senses of humor and were very knowledgeable. i would recommend this course 100%, much more enjoyable and educational than the first course i took with a different company. thanks for all the training guys

I joined the course last minute, and so thankful I did. Frank was an incredible instructor, kept things entertaining and is extremely knowledgeable both in the classroom and on our mock inspections. Frank went above and beyond teaching not only the material but real life scenarios as well. Highly recommend this course to anyone thinking of joining the home inspector field!

I found the class to be very informative and quite interesting. The instructor did a very good job at keeping it light and still on track.
The flow of information was very heavy at times, but he made sure all questions were addressed.
