We are incredibly grateful to have found the Tutoring Club! Our son was struggling with phonics and reading all year. I was afraid he would be retained and came to the Tutoring Club for urgent help. They quickly set up an assessment and review meeting with me to come up with a detailed plan to help support my baby. Kim is passionate about what she does and it shows. Her team truly cares about the kiddos. They take the time to get to know their individual needs and wants in order to help them succeed and grow. Their program is structured, but flexible, and it works! In just 20 sessions, my son has improved over a year’s worth on his STAR testing. His skills have blossomed and his confidence has skyrocketed. Thank you guys for making an impactful difference in our lives and in our community!

We reached out to the Tutoring Club at Julington Creek when it turned out our little second grader was really behind. We read every day, did the homework, asked her school for extra work but still felt like it wasn’t enough and her school also wasn’t helpful. She grew anxious and nervous because of her grades. Everyone at the Tutoring Club is very sweet and professional. They made her feel seen and appreciated, which motivated her to be better at learning. Tutoring Club has been a blessing to our home! We didn't realize how far behind in grade levels my oldest was in mathematics until she was retained, and tested. That is where Mrs. Kim and Staff stepped in. My daughter is learning, and no longer being passed to the next person. She was testing at a fourth grade level at the begining of eight grade. Now she is confident in her math class. She is testing well, and her attitude has improved so much when it comes to school. We wish we would have found Tutoring Club long ago. Last week she didn't do as well as she had hoped on a test, but her teacher told her she is the first student in over a decade to show her work so extensively. She was given the opportunity to take it to Tutoring, work through the wrong problems, and bring it back for extra points. Another perk of having a Tutor, her teachers know she is receiving the help outside of her home, and she is trying. Although accountability starts at home, it truly takes a village. We are thankful that Tutoring Club is part of ours!

Our son started there, after being diagnosed with serve learning disabilities, not being able to say or point out his alphabet or numbers. But within a school year he is now able to read 3 letter words, it’s amazing. The school system and us have worked with him for years with no improvement and they have helped him take off. He has to attend 4 one hour sessions a week and they have been able to keep it fun for him, so much he looks forward to going. They have really helped us and are constantly working with us on our crazy schedule to make sure he has all he needs. It really has been a great place to go and they truly want the best for my son.

Highly recommend this center. My daughter has shown tremendous progress, and it’s only been 2 months. She started off as a beginner reader and has since jumped to 3rd grade reading level. My biggest fear was her not getting the help she needs. But, my fears have now been put to rest due to the Tutoring Club. I truly appreciate all the hard work and effort put in to make sure she’s grasping every concept.
