First, the good: My daughter enjoyed the classes and had a good time
The not so good: There was no transparency that the shoes and dancewear were $140, merely that they were "available for our convenience". My daughter ended up not wanting to continue classes after the second class so I had foolishly expected that the tuition ($130 for a month) would be refunded on a pro rata basis (i.e. $65 returned). This was not the case.
Please make these items transparent (both on your website and in communications with clients).
