We are so grateful that we discovered Huntington Learning Center in Broomfield for our son who is in fourth grade. The staff is very caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Our son struggles in writing and math, and after just one session, the staff at Huntington Broomfield discussed him getting tested for a learning difference. Now, a few months later, our son is getting the help he needs at school, and with the help of Huntington, growing to be where he needs to be in both math and writing. They are more than just tutors. They are positive role models in our son’s life, and they are also there to cheer him on. As parents, this is all we could ask for, and more! We highly recommend Huntington Learning Center in Broomfield for all of your tutoring needs.

If you have a kid that is struggling with reading, math, comprehension or really anything in between, Melissa Nash’s Huntington Learning Center in Broomfield is the answer.

I have two boys (6 and 9). My nine year old had been on an IEP plan at his school and seen virtually no results or progress since he started on it. We worked with him at home, reading, writing, homework, you name it, but it would usually end up bad as he would get angry and frustrated with both of us. When he tested initially with Melissa as well as with his school, he was around the 14th percentile in reading and comprehension and 35th percentile in math and arithmetic.

In 9 months (going in the summer and once a week since September), his latest reading score from his school had skyrocketed to the 51st percentile in reading and comprehension and 88th percentile in Math and arithmetic.

Seeing these changes and confidence in him as well as my 6 year old son (he for the first time was well above benchmarks in every area), literally brought tears of joy to me and my wife. We cannot thank Melissa and her staff enough for the excellent teaching and RESULTS DRIVEN approach they have shown us. I would have paid 5x the amount we paid for the results we have gotten from this.

If your kids need help with school and you feel lost as we did on how to find the answer, this is the place.

Huntington has done a wonderful job assessing and addressing my daughters needs, identifying learning gaps and giving her the tools she needs to succeed. The team has also created an environment that she feels welcomed and comfortable, which has provided a boost in some of her self confidence. During the time she has been there, she has been able to improve her academics and has already caught up in reading and is continuing to improve in math.

Mellisa is AMAZING!!! This tutoring center has taken my ACT up to a 30 and the process was really great. Scott and Eric were amazing math tutors for ACT and AP Calc and Mellissa is a wonderful English and Reading tutor. Highly recommend this center!!!!

My elementary school aged niece has been getting tutoring from Huntington for the past year. She was falling behind in math and reading, and the loss of learning from the pandemic was very much an issue. The tutors caught her up, kept in contact with her teachers and she is excelling. My high schooler gets SAT/ACT tutoring and making great progress. They’ve been absolutely wonderful.

You will be so pleased that you chose Huntington Broomfield. You will look back on this time and say not only did my child find highly qualified committed caring tutors and also that Melissa and team see and appreciate your child for who they are and the gifts they bring.
Both my kids worked with Melissa and team solely on Zoom. One kid is very driven. One struggled quite a bit with self-confidence. Melissa met each kid exactly where they were at and gave them the praise and encouragement they both needed. She helped them approach the test fully grounded in real self-confidence. She also taught them life lessons of how to prepare for tests in college and grad school and for challenges in life.
