Rocky Mountain Adult Daycare has provided excellent care in a friendly and professional environment for more than 20 years. My husband, who has dementia, attends Rocky Mountain Adult Daycare, which assured us they could handle his condition. On June 17th, 2024, the daycare committed their fourth transportation error with my husband. They arranged an Uber that dropped off another person first in Boulder, leaving my husband as the second drop-off in Westminster. He was left alone in the car, became frustrated, and exited the uber, walking along a dangerous highway. For two agonizing hours, I feared for his safety while the staff member responsible for the Uber was unavailable to assist us in tracking him, leaving us feeling completely helpless. Eventually, the police found him disoriented on the highway and took him to the hospital.

Despite our long-standing relationship with the daycare owners, they dismissed the incident, saying 'mistakes happen,' and offered no apology or explanation. Their negligence and lack of empathy demonstrate a serious disregard for the safety and well-being of their clients. We do not recommend this daycare at all to anyone who cares about the safety of their loved ones.

I am deeply distressed by the care provided by Rocky Mountain Adult Day Care. They mishandled my father's transportation, often using Uber instead of their own driver. On June 17, 2024, my father, confused, exited the car on Highway 36. The staff member who ordered the Uber left the office immediately, leaving us unable to track my father. Thankfully, the police found him and took him to the hospital.
The staff is clearly untrained in handling dementia patients. Despite this incident,the owner has not apologized, adding to my mother's stress and making her ill for a week. This lack of accountability and empathy is unacceptable.
Rocky Mountain Adult Day Care is not equipped to care for Alzheimer's or dementia patients. For the sake of your loved ones, avoid their services.

I have the privilege of enjoying this wonderful center. The individuals working and attending are very caring, friendly, and warm kindness prevails. They always make you feel most welcome, and make every effort to make your day enjoyable. Good food is provided, including morning and afternoon snacks. The drivers are very good and cautious and extremely polite and make sure we're all safe and comfortable. The atmosphere here is one of welcome, caring and joy. I can, sincerely recommend the Rocky Mountain Adult Day Care to anyone who'd benefit from getting out of our little apartments or homes, where we may live alone. It lifts my spirits and gives me a very happy day. Mehdi and his staff are truly wonderful individuals and I'm very thankful for this opportunity to enrich my life, among such lovely people.
