I had a wonderful experience working with REO Consulting. They came highly recommended from a colleague. Barb and Rebecca were great to work with. They assisted in hiring two positions. One had a very small applicant pool and they made adjustments during the process to continue to bring in applicants. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again the future.

Ellie and Barb were life savers when I had to quickly fill a position while I was on a preplanned vacation in Asia. They were professional and responsive and helped me coordinate Virtual interviews with candidates even though I was in a different time zone. They saved me a tremendous amount of stress and screened/vetted candidates before they reached my inbox. The thing that really stands out is how much they care and stand by their service. Even when a first hire didn’t work out, they helped me quickly get a second hire in and always checked in on how the new hires were fitting in. Thank you so much for your help! I am sure I will be using your services again in the future.

We could not be more impressed by the service and expertise provided to us by Barb & Stacy at REO Consulting. Not only did they listen carefully to understand the type of person we needed, they helped us establish and execute the hiring process. They sifted through 70+ applicants and provided us with a reasonable number of top candidates. I have to say that Stacy's #1 choice after the phone interviews was the candidate we hired.
