I have been so pleased with this school and in particular with Bobbie! She has been so sweet & communicative with me. She makes it easy for me to schedule with her. She is also conscientious when she does my hair, making sure it is exactly what I want. She added a little sassy pink last time I went and I love it. I will continue to go to her as long as I can.

Got my haircut, colored, and deep conditioned as well as got some amazing products for mine and my daughters hair! Miss Tuesday was absolutely amazing and very caring, honest, and transparent about the costs of everything. Tuesday was so amazing I went back for mani pedis as well! She was so nice and honest which was great knowing exactly what it was going to cost without any additional surprises. Highly recommend and am very pleased with all my services!

Miss Olivia Anderson is the BEST. I neverrr got any sort of “self care” treatment and Olivia always listens to me when I have any sort of question or confusion, I know little about hair and she regularly takes care of my picky hair above and beyond what I expect from any hair stylist I’ve ever been too. Scalp treatment and facials, are pretty much all I really care for and she always exceeds all expectations to make me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about what she’s practicing. Olivia is always open to trying new things with anyone, undoubtedly making you look and feel like nothing less than a queen every time!! Olivia has helped me try new things I’ve never tried before and I always love it. You’re doing an amazing job representing everything you do. 🩵🩵

My mother decided to treat herself and as well support others learning and beginning their career with hair and left with choppy hair, not even layers. There was zero attempt to clean up the dye on her ears and forehead, she asked for dark brown hair with blonde highlights peeking through and got black with reddish brown chunky streaks. Supervisor/teacher had to come “fix” the cut but made it even worse. My mother is devastated after sitting there for 4 hours and receiving this. Not to mention she was charged $115 for such a poorly done job. Save your time and money and go to PCC, way better work and teachers who actually care about their school’s reputation there.

Miss Freddie is an awesome teacher, and I love that she keeps us accountable for what we can achieve, and she never gives up on us. Miss Freddie was one of the reasons I came back to the school after my bike accident. She is a wonderful teacher, and she has always had my back when it came to pushing me to do my best. I feel that often she has been improperly treated. People seem to like to start rumors and false accusations without proof.

They always go the extra mile to ensure everyone understands the material and offer a supportive and engaging classroom environment. Their dedication to student success is evident, and I’m glad to be in her class as a medical assistant ms.Frederica thank you for being an amazing instructor! 🌟👩‍🏫

I just wanted to go the extra mile about my experience today! I’ve been in a few times now and always leave shocked with how great my massage and experience was. My appointment was at 11:45 1/30 with two people, which was a new experience for me!! They both did such a great job! I’ve never left a massage and thought I needed post a review about it, it was great! The one needs to be a teacher! He was so full of knowledge. I felt heard and taken care of today! Thank you again!!!

The Leg

Where to start? I was in the Medical Assisting program and I completed it and earned my certifications with a perfect GPA and attendance, so to be clear this review isn't out of a lack of completion or effort.

I am proud to be a medical assistant but embarrassed to have come here. The instructors are often incredibly unprofessional and borderline childish when it comes to criticism or anything that goes against the status quo. Additionally, instructors could be heard before classes trash talking students behind their backs and some students were downright bullied and "made examples out of" by the instructors and when these issues were brought up to the administration, all concerns were thrown out and nothing ever came of it. That leads me into the administration, they're very welcoming and kind-- up until you become a student. Once they've trapped you financially they couldn't care less about the student experience if it doesn't benefit them in some way. Not to mention the absolutely unacceptable state of their financial aid staff.

Overall, I would not recommend attending this college for a Medical Assisting certification. Please consider anywhere else first. If it wasn't for the friendships I made with my peers I wouldn't have completed this program purely due to the horrible staff.
