This company is a legal scam. Do not give your credit cardI They will charge you for months befor you can unsubscribe. There is no transparency. They also lie and say you subscribed to monthly lessons. Stay away! Da evitare! Non dare la carta di credito!!!!!

State alla larga! Per sottoscrivere l'abbonamento ti chiamo tutti gentili e comprensivi poi spariscono quando vuoi annullare l'abbonamento. Morale sto pagando anche i mesi estivi perché dicono che l'abbonamento dura un anno e non è sospendibile. Al numero di telefono non risponde nessuno e nemmeno alle mail.

Confermo anche io quanto scritto da molte altre persone. Nonostante abbia acquistato un pacchetto pagandolo tutto e subito ancora prima di effettuare la prima lezione , mi hanno, mesi e mesi dopo, attivato un abbonamento senza nessuna mia autorizzazione prelevando un importo di oltre 100 euro utilizzando i dati della mia carta che avevo fornito per pagare il pacchetto lezioni mesi fà. Se avete utilizzato una carta per i pagamenti vi consiglio di fare revocare immediatamente la carta e di farne una nuova in modo che non possano più estorcere altro denaro.
Insieme alla banca stiamo intraprendendo un azione legale.

Chiaramente una TRUFFA, statene alla larga.
Il tutor è stato anche bravo, ma dopo aver finito le lezioni concordate mi hanno raggirato legandomi ad un contratto mensile da 160 EURO AL MESE dal quale non riesco a sganciarmi. NON RIPONDONO alle richieste di spiegazione, ne al telefono ne via email.
Al momento ho dovuto disattivare la carta di credito e vediamo se riuscirò a recuperare gli addebiti!
Se mi rispondono e mi danno spiegazioni cancellerò questa recensione negativa per questo atteggiamento FRAUDOLENTO.

Confermo anche io il comportamento assolutamente scorretto della piattaforma, dopo mesi dalla chiusura dell'abbonamento ci hanno "rubato" 320 euro con un addebito non autorizzato sulla carta di credito. Ovviamente alle nostre richieste di spiegazioni non hanno mai risposto!
E pensare che ci eravamo trovati anche bene con le lezioni e il servizio, che delusione!!!!!!!.

Pessima esperienza, peccato perchè la tutor è stata molto professionale e preparatissima. Una volta superato l'esame, non sono più riuscita a mettermi in contatto con l'assistenza per annullare o almeno sospendere l'abbonamento: telefonate, email, contatto sul sito.... Niente da fare, nessuno mi risponde in modo esaustivo

Una pessima pessima esperienza…..nonostante l’aver chiesto da disdetta del contratto fanno passare i pagamenti come carta di credito.Ora si va per vie legali.

SONO DEI TRUFFATORI STATE ALLA LARGA !!!!! UNA VOLTA CHE DAI IL CONTO CORRENTE NON TE LI TOGLI PIÙ! NON SI PUÒ PAGARE PER UNA COSA CHE NON USI TI COSTRINGONO A PAGARE ANCHE SE INVII I DOCUMENTI RICHIESTI TI DICONO CHE SERVE SEMPRE QUALCOSA E CHE L'ABBONAMENTO NON SI PUÒ CANCELLARE..
