We love Primrose HR! We have two (soon to be three) kiddos here. The oldest has been here since 6 months and is now 4 in the pre-K room.

I considered several other daycares before coming here but none matched what Primrose offers. The facilities are great with huge outdoor play areas for each class. They keep their toys and books in great condition. They provide food and it’s a good variety for the kids.

The teachers have low turnover from what we’ve seen. They’re all super caring and very responsive. The director, Kris, has been here the whole time we’ve been here and is amazing - as is the whole management team.

They also offer a lot of 'extras' on site - like sign-up basketball and soccer classes. We just enrolled our oldest in basketball and he likes it (especially the stamp he gets at the end of the sessions). They also do photo days with sibling photos, and even let us bring in our baby so she could be included too.

I love getting the daily updates on the app with pictures. Highly recommend anyone considering a daycare to come here.

Choosing Primrose at Highlands Ranch Business Park for our children has been one of the best decisions we've made. The teachers are incredibly loving and kind, creating a warm and nurturing environment where our kids feel safe and valued. We're amazed at how much they're learning and growing each day and love the updates we receive in the app and at pick up/drop off. The staff’s commitment to early education and genuine care for each child truly shines through, we never imagined how much our children would learn in 3 and 4 years. When selecting a school for your young child, there are so many factors at play. What I noticed in our tour and what I've experienced during my son's first month, is that Primrose Highlands Ranch cares. And cares deeply I have developed a trust with the school and importantly my son's teachers. He's thriving, enjoying and blossoming. I cannot thank the school and specifically Ms. Jill enough for the attention, guidance, and care given to my son. I would recommend this school and their program to anyone. I feel like there's a partnership built between the parents and the school. As a mom it's hard for me to give trust easily when it comes to my child. But Primrose has earned it.

Our daughter started at Primrose as an infant and has moved into several class rooms as she ages up. The care, attention, and education that she has received has been tremendous. Often at drop off or pick up, the Director, Assistant Directors are in classrooms interacting with the kids - it's like an extended family! They deeply care about each and every child every day. The communications we get through the Procare app are great too, getting meal, sleep, and picture updates throughout the day! Choosing a facility that provides your children with proper care is difficult - Primrose Highlands Ranch was the easy choice for us, and it will be for your family too!

We have been at Primose HR since January 2024, our son just turned one. As a new parent, it’s so difficult to know if you’ve selected the right daycare and if your child is getting what they need…and we are incredibly grateful for the staff and programming here. It is abundantly clear how much our son learns at the center, and how much each staff member cares about his well being and development. He is in the highest percentiles for motor and social skills, and I believe a large portion of that can be contributed to what he learns at daycare and how he gets to practice his skills. All staff say good morning and good bye to him, address him by name (and even me by name, and I’m rarely the one doing pick ups and drop offs!), are excited about the arrival of his sister in 2025. We get updates throughout the day with pictures, and it just makes my day. We love all of his teachers! We’ve even been able to get to know teachers from other classrooms that he will have as he grows. I’m one of those people that wants to know things are worth every penny I spend on them, and Primrose is 100% worth it. I know my son is safe and happy and learning and loved, and it really helps with that mom guilt when I leave for work every morning.

The staff all care so much and do such a great job taking care of the kids and helping them to learn and grow. She has made great friends and we know our daughter is in good hands when she's at Primrose!

I’m so thankful to have a daycare with wonderful and caring teachers and staff. Every morning walking into the door, my son immediately got a warm welcome and they know all the kids names , which feels super sweet and special.
We start sending my son to primrose around 1 years old and he had some rough time adjusting to the new routine and new environment. His teacher was super nice and patient with him. She reached out and communicated her observations. Then asked questions to get to know my son better and come up plans on how to work with him better. First time sending kid to daycare was so very scary. I really appreciate what they have done and that make me feel assured that my baby is in good hands.
Now that my son has been there for more than a year and has transitioned a couple times to different age appropriate classrooms. The teachers helped my kid have a smooth transition every time. Can’t say enough thank you for that.

Primrose HR is a one of a kind childcare location. We have had all 3 of our kiddos attend Primrose starting around 18 months old. Our oldest is now in 2nd grade and I am 100% confident his time at Primrose is why he is thriving in elementary school. The staff at Primrose has been consistent through our 7 years there and they always greet us and the kids with a smile on their faces. The communication between the front desk staff, the teachers and parents does not go un-noticed. We were at Primrose during the pandemic and we all stayed safe and healthy and having our kids there kept their lives (and ours) consistent. We now only have one kid at Primrose in Preschool but the big kids love coming in to visit. We recommend Primrose HR to ALL of our friends and family.
