We are so happy that we chose TLE for our daughter's daycare, she loves her teachers, the staff and her classmates. Every staff person I've came across was polite, professional and friendly. They are great at communicating with us about our little one’s day and always send pictures of all the fun that she is having. TLE is a spectacular center, and we have always felt that our daughter was happy and safe. We can’t say enough how much we love this place.

We are so happy that we chose TLE for our daughter's daycare, she loves her teachers and little classmates 🙂 Everyone greats her when she arrives and wishes her a great day when we leave (Staff and classmates both). They post many pictures throughout the day so we know how happy our little girl is and how engaged she is in learning new things.

The staff is great, and my children are learning. A reliable childcare is hard to find, especially post Covid. This childcare facility has great structure and curriculum, a present owner who really cares about children, and a staff that shows passion for children. Both of my littles attend here, and they are growing and learning every single day.

Okay teachers, and Chris is great. However, if I could give this place ZERO stars based off our experience with the director, I would. Melissa is the most unprofessional person I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. My son wasn't even at this center three weeks before we were called into her office and told (with no prior incidents or discussion, mind you) that TLE would no longer be caring for our son. She tried ending his care that week, until my son's father reminded her that his tuition was paid up through the month (and obviously needed time to find other arrangements). We have CCAP so I can imagine she was profiling us to begin with. The very next week, I called before work to ask for a copy of our application (I knew that I had mentioned areas my son struggles behaviorally) because I was certain that I had at least mentioned that he needs extra support ( we're suspecting undiagnosed ADHD/autism) and getting extremely defensive, Melissa, with an attitude, stated that he was going to be picked up that they were making that day his last day. When I explained that we have rights and she can't discriminate she proceeded to say, "What rights?! I'm a privately owned center and can do whatever I want!" then refused to give me a copy of our application to the center I had originally asked for until I threatened to pursue with legal action. We've reported her to the state but be wary of this location unless you have backup care options when she is being moody.

I have a son that is very sensitive to the way adults speak to him. His speech is not very clear and some people probably assume he isn’t that smart but his emotional IQ is very high. If an adult has a “tone” in their voice, he knows it and gets upset. He can’t be around authoritarian teachers or else it causes him to get stubborn and angry.

He is also a very difficult eater! Like he eats 5 things. All together a very challenging kid (but so sweet). We had struck out of 2 other child care centers and our friends highly recommended this place. I decided to tour and I could tell the caretakers were so gentle. So we enrolled him over summer (he was almost 5) and he had the BEST experience! His teacher Alyssa was so amazing and gentle that it blew my mind how someone without kids could be so good.
We can’t stop telling people about this place. Our boy is still talking about his “old school” and it’s now November. This place is a rare find.

This is the best preschool experience we’ve ever had! Between two kids and Covid closure changes, we have experience at both smaller and larger preschool/daycares. TLE was far and away the best of the best. The teachers were phenomenal and the staff was so welcoming. They made sure my son felt safe and cared for and were highly communicative. Their curriculum is engaging and I noticed an immediate advancement in his learning. And they provide lunches so you don’t have to pack! I’m so thankful my son got to finish his last 9 months of preschool there and I wish we had been there the whole time.

I am very impressed with TLE! My children have been to 2 other childcare centers where even 2 months in, they were unhappy all day long. Here at TLE, my kids adjusted within the first week and are excited to go to school everyday! The teachers here have made me feel comfortable enough to go to work without having to worry about my children. The owner, Sara Brownell, is incredible and is very involved with her school. She greets us every morning at drop off and makes us feel welcome, involved, and confident at TLE. The teachers in the classrooms greet us with smiles each day and really show a love for their job and for my children. Overall, TLE is an incredible school and I recommend them to everyone looking for childcare!

We have loved having our two boys at TLE the past 5 years and are sad to leave for elementary school. In addition to teaching them the learning curriculum, TLE has also provided them with love and attention. They have also always been so accommodating to last minute schedule changes that we needed and do not close for weather/COVID, etc except in the most extreme cases.

I would definitely recommend TLE to those looking for daycare with a "small town" feel as they know your whole family and treat your kids like family.
