Such a cool area to have in West Greeley. I love having this place at close to my house. My dog loves coming to walk around the lake and down by the river. Dogs must be leashed now due to some incidents lately fyi. Also great little quiet fishing hole. I've never been in the actual learning center but there's a new building that looks really nice. I need to check it out soon.

Perfect graduation party venue … this what’s the perfect location to host my daughter’s graduation celebration with a friend. It easily held 100+ guests and has a great outside patio with amazing view! The weather was beautiful so we were able to open the glass garage doors for easy access between inside and outside. The venue provides and table and chairs and AV equip and ensure all is set up prior to arrival. The coordinator, Ron, is fantastic to work with and makes it truly seamless.

The grandkids were visiting and this was a perfect place for them to visit and explore during the winter months. It has become their favorite place in Greeley!

My favorite trail! Flooded right now. Mostly closed. Usually great for dog walks and cycling. Buggy late day. Good fishing off the trail behind the learning center.

I absolutely love this place for so many reasons! We come here on field trips with students and it's always a great experience. They just added another building so you can visit in the winter also! This is also publicly and so you can go there for a walk. It's beautiful any time of year! We also fish on one of the public ponds it is Catch and Release and it's one of our favorite places to go! Highly recommended!

I've never been here, but I want to write a review to stomp out the review posted most recently; I've been looking into this location for hosting a field trip for my school, and I am eager to do so.
To address JJ T, no 3rd grader puts that amount of care in the world to worry about someone being They/Them; the only reason why they would be that *distressed*, as you seem to allude to, would be to mirror the irrational behaviors of the adults around them. Please don't say "Do as you please and be you" and immediately backtrack by saying "you may only exist by the terms that I am comfortable with".

I will start by saying I don't care who you are or what you go by at all. Do as you please and be you.

But for a 3rd grade field trip, To learn about outdoors and being creative. The first welcome and introduction should not be about someone's personal beliefs and what they want to be called.

My 3rd graders have now questioned more about how this person is not male or female but only goes by "They" or "Them" then the experience they should have had at Poudre learning center.

We have gone here for years, This will be the last time we ever do this.

We went in the building a few months after we moved here--now a year and a half ago. Staff was helpful. We used to love exploring thopen space there, but last fall a friend of mine's son was bit by a rattlesnake there. He's fine now, but do be extra cautious where you step and keep a very watchful eye if you have little ones.
