I am new to fruita from GJ, and frankly was really aware of this hospital at first. Until I needed an ER and went to another hospital initially that was busy, unclean, and not spaced out enough considering covid.

I got to FHW and after registering and was almost immediately taken back, quickly saw a doctor. And was treated professionally, and loved the service. I will plan on going here exclusively if I need to, and have recommended it to many friends!

I can’t say enough good things about the care and customer service of their Emergency Department. In the last 5 years, we have visited for various maladies from stitches to severe abdominal pain and even possible heart attack. Each time we were treated with care and compassion and outstanding thorough medical diagnoses and treatment. Thank you to the whole staff!

The Receptionists and Dr.'s at Family Health West are Awesome. They took my daughter in right away when she had a ruptured ear drum. They were all so very pleasant and nice and the Dr. was very attentive and professional. I would definitely recommend Family Health West.

I received my first Covid shot today at Family Health West. On arrival there were two golf carts ready to take you to or from your car if needed. Another person was outside the entrance and said welcome. A young lady inside greeted me and told me I would need my ID and Insurance card along with the authorization sheet I carried. Another person led me to the elevator and from there it was no waiting, as I rapidly checked in, was led to a vacant chair, got my shot, led to a waiting room where there were cookies labled and individually wrapped, juice and water. We were to rest for 15 minutes, in case we had reactions. A video played explaining V-safe dealing with any side effects you might have from the shot. On leaving, There were free buttons, writing pens, masks and a small bottle of hand sanitizer. Wow. I arrived for a 12:00 Slot at 11:40, and I left the building at 12:00. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. And I never felt the needle go into my arm. The DO who did it was great! Bravo Family Health West. Thank you!

Hands down worst place I've ever been to. Went in for second degree burn on my leg and they gave me a cream which helped for a bit. Went in the next day for serious pain from my burn, sat and waited 2 hours to see the doctor for maybe 2 minutes and have my leg re-dressed and told to go home. When asking about a script for some anti inflamitory was told that the doctor was nice enough to give me one in the hospital and had to go home with knowing I sat in the E.R wasted my time and my children's time for a leg dressing I had at home. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Unless you want absolutely nothing resolved

I wish I didn't have to put a star. I am so beyond pissed about my experience. I went here to get a few things and 2 rude old ladies working just before 9 rushed me out the door because they were closing in a couple minutes until closing. I didn't even get everything I needed! I don't care when you close I am a paying customer and if I'm still looking you can just wait. Don't dare be disrespectful to me. I've never been treated so poor before.
