My first visit impression: Great, fun, friendly environment. It’s extremely important to me that I do my exercises safe and correct(to have complete impact)the trainers fully supports this through your workout. Getting to the gym can be hard for various reasons, the environment & workout left me feeling eager and comfortable to come back and do it again!

Really stellar group fitness classes! I usually prefer working out solo but the owners and employees at this gym have really found a great formula for group workouts. It's encouraging, effective, and super fair priced. Not in Pagosa Springs often, but when I'm here I'm always going to make time for a class from this point on.

When I started going here all of my friends called me, “bird arms” or “scrawny legs”. Thanks to the incredible programming and atmosphere at IronFit, I’ve got a couple siiiick pythons for arms and can only fit in athletic cut jeans - honestly my “friends” are too intimidated by me now to talk trash. I can only hope that Logan catches up one day. Anyways, that said - highly recommend the place. Thanks for everything, Lee and Leah!

I really enjoyed my workout at IronFit Labs. The owners are right by your side giving you hands on support and training advice during class. The class was the perfect size and it wasn’t too crowded. I worked out muscles that I have not used in a while so it was definitely challenging! I can’t wait to go back and try another class.

Best gym in town! These coaches are attentive and great at explaining and breaking down proper technique. Members are also very welcoming. Great workouts and music to hype you up!
