Hires incompetent field employees such as Math and English majors as well retail workers who “cannot identify the native trees in California and map trees miles away from power lines”. These comments were made by several employees who were traded to ArborPro INC (across a 2 year time span) which consists of even more failed tree ID, measuring tree dimensions, and measuring the Right of Way. The Admins and Executives consistently allocate UPE employees to ArborPro where they negligently misidentify street trees and fail to measure tree dimensions. A comment once made by a UPE field employee doing work for ArborPro was “I identify this maple as a Silver Maple because it’s the one on the Canada flag” which is, of course a Red Maple. Both UPE and AborPro INC are being investigated by the California Attorney General, Edison, and PG&E for 10+ years of negligent fraud and employee rights violations.

Illegal unsafe working environments employees smoking weed and drinking in company trucks labor code violations constantly breaking SCE rules and codes unsafe drivers. Uneducated inexperienced management that practices NEPOTISM Expect you to drive 2 hours to work unpaid and two hours after. No room for growth. No talking to any management or higher ups because there is only 2 who don’t know what they are doing. They have gone through 14 employees the past 2 years on one project might not be the employees maybe the untrained management…
