My son has been attending Ready Set Grow Learning Center for over 2 years now and he absolutely loves it. The teachers and staff have always been so kind, attentive, and loving towards him which means so much especially when enrolling your child at such a young age and there can be lots of anxiety about leaving them in someone else’s care. The staff posts lots of videos and photos throughout the day of all the fun activities the kids engage in which gives me so much peace of mind while at work. I can tell my son loves being there because he comes home and tells me all about his day with so much excitement and a big smile on his face. Finding a great daycare that provides wonderful care to your child is priceless and I couldn’t be more grateful for the staff at RSG!

Ready Set Grow has been an incredible experience for our family. The staff is caring, professional, and dedicated to fostering both academic and emotional growth in a safe, welcoming environment. I often see the owner, and she really cares about the children's well-being. I highly recommend RSG to any parent looking for a nurturing and educational space for their child to thrive. We love our RSG family!

I've been taking my daughter here for almost 3 years and I couldn't be happier. Everyone is so nice and friendly. It really feels like a family. All the teachers are fantastic but I have to give a big shout out to Miss Wafa, she's kind, loving and truly cares for her kids as if they were her own. My wife has been deployed for almost the entire time we've been with RSG and Miss Wafa has stepped in and provided my daughter with a female figure to bond with. She does her hair and paints her nails and really helps to fill the void in my daughter's life while my wife has been gone. I can't thank her enough, I really appreciate everything she and the rest of the staff do for not only mine but all the children here.

My my how things changed.
Early on things seemed pretty good here but as the years went by the true colors shined. The Racoon room has been through 5 different teachers in 3 months. The admin is just plain bad at what they do. Licensing has been through a few times due to multiple concerns. 1 of those, (fortunately the Teacher is gone) was due to a Teacher angrily grabbing at and scratching our Son while he was being picked up from school.
The immaturity from Admin was always an enormous concern for us. I could go on writing all night, but I'm not going to waste anymore time on this place. Please..... PLEASE think twice before you put your children here.

Edit/addition. Please see their response to this review below to see the immaturity level.

Well, I'm not sure why you're surprised. I've had multiple meetings with the owners(you) and director about my concerns, and I do mean multiple. If you're surprised, you clearly have not been listening because I have definitely been very clear.
You see, I don't need to put your private business on blast, but believe me when I say the teachers who no longer work for you--of which there are 4, have given me plenty of insight on how you operate--or should I say, manipulate.
Also, I'm not sure what help financially you are speaking to, but I've paid you everything I've ever owed, if late, I paid late fees; and I also paid 3 months in advance--speaking of, perhaps you may want to mail that check for the money YOU owe ME from paying ahead. On top of that, we have always contributed to all the parties and events that RSG had while we were there, and in every classroom our kids were in--I didn't hear any complaining then.
Your standard of care is low. Your character is even lower. The disappointment you feel is shame because you've been put on notice.

Next time I'll wait for the honeymoon phase to end before I write a review. After 2 years what I can say is, they were convenient when we needed them. Childcare crisis and all--there weren't many options left for 2 working parents. There are SO MANY things I could say, there are so many things that I know that I shouldn't. There is so much fakeness and so many lies.

I've never had to grit my teeth behind a smile more than I've ever done during the last year my kids went there knowing all the things you said about my son. I believe in Karma, do you?

There are only 2 care providers left that I care about at all. You know who you are and I'm sorry you're there. You deserve better. ANYONE else would be lucky to have you, and you know what they're doing and what they've allowed is wrong. Stand up for yourself or at least the kids.

Everyone in that place knows the kids and the care providers deserve better. How Many times did licensing need to come out this year because the facility was out of compliance? How many teachers have been replaced in the Raccoon room in the past 6 months? Please save the lame excuses. You can't keep staff because the admin is toxic and the owners are insanely clueless--its pretty simple.

If I could give 1 million stars I would. The staff deserve a million stars alone. The compassion, friendliness, creativity and level of involvement are unlike anything I've ever seen and I've had my kids in over 10 daycares/early learning centers across 3 states.
The app they use is AMAZING (and they actually use it daily). My 13 month old son's first day, I recieved 15 videos and 17 pictures. I felt like I was with him all day, and it's continued throughout the week. He absolutely adores Ms. Nana and Ms. Yaya, and I can see why--they're absolutely amazing and so involved and FUN!!! It was absolute torture sending him to his last daycare while we waited for a spot to open up here.
My 5 year old son absolutely loves it here, he attends the after-school program and has been there for several months now. Mrs. Jenni and Ms. Linda have gone above and beyond and honestly well out of their way in coordinating pick ups with him and for that, I am forever thankful. There is absolutely no better feeling than knowing your children are in a safe, loving, and enriching environment when you cannot be with them. They truly feel like am extension of our family. I just cannot say enough great things about them. It's one thing for me to love them, it's a whole other thing when my son's love them as much as I do.

My 15 month old son has been attending since he was 5 months old. We love the staff, they are so kind and responsive. I love the app they use, one of the selling points to me when selecting a daycare. My son is always doing fun projects and learning so much in his class. Highly recommend this daycare, my son couldn't be happier.

Look no further! There are GREAT things to say about this Daycare. My Wife and I have researched 50+ daycares and did some tours only to find Ready Set Grow met all our expectations. The layout of the property has classrooms for each age group on one side and playrgounds on the other and completely gated with parking in back away from street.
We have trusted them with our kids for almost 3 years. We currently have 3 kids that attend, a 9 month old, 2.5 yr old that go full-time, and a 10 yr old for the before/afterschool program. They will dropoff and pick up kids from the elementary school next door.
What we like is the timely, detailed, and direct communication with pictures that we get from the teachers and staff on the daily activities, meals, naps, and hygiene of our kids.
We have referred family and friends who still continue to get a good experience as well. Stop searching for a Daycare. Stop by and see for yourself.

Unfortunately they told me my daughter couldn’t come back due to bad behaviors, not listening to teachers, and pushing other kids. She’s 3. I got told on a Thursday (which is like Friday for her, last day of her week there) which left me 3 days to find a new daycare. Yay! Not stoked about this place. Really feels like they left me hanging. They blamed it on being understaffed. I could lose my job because of this.
