I received excellent care beginning with the receptionist, Lori, who could see by my facial expression that I was in extreme
Pain and made haste in getting me to see Dr. L Tu. (Also see my review of Dr Tu. and staff).
I have been going to IBJI for many years). I have always been treated with excellent care by all staff and physicians. It is great to know that patients are seen first based upon their severity of their medical issue. So unfortunately if you don't have an urgent issue you could be waiting for some time.

This is not my first experience with Dr. Leigh-Anne Tu. I saw her for a broken wrist a few years ago. She is a very caring and passionate with her care of patients. She always addresses you by name. She remembered
seeing me for for the broken wrist.
She was extremely gentle with my hand and wrist. Unfortunately, not really, she wanted more x-rays. She ended
up giving me a shot of cortisone.
The shot was more for my hip problem than my wrist.
If the steroid works for my hip then I need to call her back. And we will go from there. Stay tuned for the next episode of hand hand and wrist. Lori Drozd.

Dr. Tu is an extremely caring, thorough and knowledgeable doctor who knows how to manage and treat patients. She is excellent with discussing plans for moving forward in the care. She gives her patience. I would highly recommend Dr. Tu!
