I have to remove my shoes and Jacket and it feels cold. In the listening part the headphones doesn’t had volume adjustment button, consequently i failed in listening. Headphones was too noisy and sound was not clear. Staff was co operative.
Further, My time was 9:00 am and i have to wait outside in the cold temperatures. There was no arrangement if you arrive early. I was arrived by bus, so i was early at that time and i had to wait outside.

I had an IELTS exam yesterday. Staff is very polite and helpful. Because of the bad weather i got late for my registration but they understood and let me in for the registration. They answered all the questions very happily and politely. The exam room was also very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this place for taking your IELTS exam. best experience so far.

First of all very accomadating staffs, everyone of them,professionality is well seened to each one of them, courteous, polite. You will feel that confidence to past the test through them. Very assistance will be served and all inquiries and questions are catered exceptionally! Definitely deserved to be given a 5 star ranking! ( if the stars could be only more than 5) ❤️?

My experience with the ad tutorial was very good. One of the staff there, Maria, helped me a lot actually, I had a problem with my TRF. Due to which I was very upset, but Maria helped me very well and solved my problem very quickly. I am really thankful to her.

I had my exam on Saturday and when I got there I forgot my passport!! I was so glad that they were so considerate and still allowed me to take my speaking test even if I was 30mins late cause I went back home to get my passport.

I had a good experience with them. I highly recommend them. Also I already got my result just after a day of the exam! So quick! 🙂
