Asked if I needed anything when I scheduled appointment over the phone, they said just a photo ID. Drive the 2 hours there and they’re asking for a packet. Emailed them asking how much the fee was 3 days before the appointment, didn’t get back to me the day after my appointment with a copy and pasted email about the packet. no fee amount anywhere on the website.
