Beautiful space with kind, down to earth owners. I had the pleasure of doing my 200 hr yoga teacher training here alongside Chuck, one of the owners. Amazingly kindhearted man who wants nothing more than to enliven and support his community. I highly recommend keeping an eye on this up and coming venue for music, healing arts and the like.

The Trinidad Heart Center, located on the lands of the Yurok Peoples, is a place to nourish the soul and come together in community through practices that bring us closer to our innermost wisdom while connecting with one another through meaningful relationship. Chuck, one of the owners and leaders of this space, leads with his heart, offering care and support in all that he does. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to attend aerial yoga classes and sound healings here as well as having completed my RYT 200 hour yoga teacher training in this cozy place within the heart of beautiful Trinidad. I highly recommend keeping up to date with the offerings of this center and opening yourself to this space that has the capacity to help connect us to the whispers of love and belonging that call from the depths of our beings.
