If I could give 0 stars I would. He had a Kia soul that my husband spoke with him about. We are 1.5hrs from this location. Joel told my husband to come up there. When my husband gets there he had “sold” it. Never messaged my husband to tell him anything when he had just been talking to him. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Do not go here!

Why isn’t 0 stars an option? This place is a complete joke. I bought my car from them 6 months ago and still have no registration or my title. I have filed a complaint with the DMV, and I’m waiting on a response from that. I've attached a pic of how the conversation always goes. Never any help and we just get lied to about everything. I’m beginning to think they sold us a car that wasn’t theirs to sell. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Maybe our next step will be getting a lawyer. I really don’t know where to go with this issue. I just found out that 6 months after buying this car the lienholder still has the title and Tu Auto en Dallas is just slowing paying the lien, because they didn't pay off the lien with the money I paid for the vehicle. They sold me a car knowing they didn't and wouldn't have the title any time soon. This place is very shady and shouldn't be allowed to sell cars. Now I have a car that I cannot drive because it is not properly registered and is owned by somebody else. This company needs to be shut down and everyone involved banned from the car business.

I asked them if I could come see one of their listed cars. They told me to come right away,I drive straight there, by the time I got there they sold it. They didn’t wait at all and told me to come and didn’t bother to tell me they sold it. I wasted my time. Bad communication and horrible customer service.

they are the worst car deal they are just a fraud i buy a car i took the dealer 4 months to give me the title and register the car do not do business with them
Son el peor negocio de autos. Son solo un fraude. Compré un auto. Le tomé al concesionario 4 meses para darme el título y registrar el auto. No haga negocios con ellos.
