I can't believe I paid $63 for less than 15 minutes of swim training. The girl there told me I could try one lesson and stop if my kid didn't like it, but she never mentioned the $25 registration fee. I told her about it, but she didn't listen to me. Total rip-off and poor communication. Very disappointed.

Xander is getting so much more comfortable in the water . His instructor, Kaydee, is just amazing with him! She understands he has anxiety and sometimes has issues focusing. She’s just the sweetest! We all love her so much ?.

I joined South Bay Aquatics a little over 2 months ago. They’ve always been so helpful with the schedules and easy to deal with payments and missed days. Today Kevin went above and beyond to assist me with a scheduling issue. Kevin was friendly, understanding and took the time to help me with scheduling. I’ve always seen Kevin he is always so nice and has amazing customer service skills. Everyone gets busy but at South Bay Aquatics they always have plenty customer service ready reps ready to help. Highly recommend this place. Since my daughter started, she’s had maybe two instructors yet she’s been flowing through the lessons. She’s learned how to float how to swim how to jump in. She’s doing amazing their coaches always keep up-to-date with the notes that they pass on in each lesson.

My daughter started off in the parent/child class and moved to private lessons. We experienced high teacher turnover and very little progression once my daughter could float on her back. It felt like the instructors were very performative and not really helpful.
When I brought up my concerns to the front desk, I was told someone would contact me. I never heard back. Ultimately, I unenrolled and took my daughter elsewhere. She's a fantastic swimmer and improved pretty quickly once we left. SB Aquatics was a good place to get my daughter into a pool regularly because we didn't have a pool at home. I would never recommend this place otherwise.

My kids took semi-private classes in RB and really enjoyed their lessons with Tommy and JC (Juan Carlos). Both teachers were wonderful and I was very pleased with how much my kids’ skills improved in the 6 lessons they had. Everyone on staff that I spoke with was also always friendly and helpful.

My daughter has been attending South Bay aquatics since she 6 months old. We had great instructors throughout the years. Jena at the front desk is AMAZING! She’s very informative and helpful. My daughter has Alejandra as a teacher and loves her so much. Alejandra is one of the best instructors I’ve seen. She is so patient and excellent at introducing new techniques while still making it fun for my daughter. We absolutely appreciate her so much! Today we had Sara as a substitute teacher. She was very basic with Very minimal interaction. Once her time was up she said she had another class and walked away. I know never again to have her as a substitute instructor! Thank god for Alejandra!!!

There is always enough parking and showers are clean!

This place is more worry about charging people than providing a good customer service and accommodate to parents needs. My daughter went on vacation for 3 weeks and I was still forced to pay for those classes, I was told I could use those classes (3 of them) when she came back, during those days they charged me in full for another month. I spoke to a manager saying that I had to schedule those pending classes another time, not the same time I had the spot. They could easily could have those classes scheduled for the following lessons instead of keep charging me. Sad money comes first for them, they didn’t care I decided to cancel my membership
