I really have been disappointed with TNT Staffing. When I was going to start my first assignment, I had done my drug test, background check and turned all my forms in. I kept getting told the position was going to open and finally after a month of calling almost every day. I gave up. I felt like I was just being strung along . Almost a year later I got a call from them saying another position opened and I started that assignment right away. I was told it was a 16 week assignment to hire on. I got pneumonia within the first couple weeks of working in urgent care and returned to work still sick after 4 days of missing my rep from the agency Sharon knew. I had Doctors notes I sent. Everything seemed fine. When I was working sick one day I had a terrible migraine and the Np on staff that night told me to check myself in for a shot for my migraine. I asked politely to the manager who was on call and she agreed to let me check myself in for literally not even a 10 min appointment. I went straight back to working. I did 11 hours that night. And had to be in at 8am the next day. Which I was there on time. I ended my shift around 5:30 pm came home and fell asleep because I was literally drained from being sick and working all those hours. I get a call from TNT STAFFING from Sharon at almost 9pm asking me what happened that day. I told her nothing and explained I did my did my shifts. The next day I had to call her to see what was going on. Apperantly SAN Antonio canceled my contract because I had missed due to me having pneumonia and said when I asked for a shot for my migraine that I was demanding and rude. That is 100 percent not my character and a lie. Sharon started to say she was unaware of my absences and I told her I have told you every time I missed when I started getting sick. It’s all on my text. She did not fight for me to keep my position at all. Then she tells me she has another assignment for me at Loma Linda and she would call me back later that day. I did not hear from her and the next day did not hear from her. I left a voicemail to please let me know what is going on. At that point I did not know what to do if I should apply for unemployment or if I should look for another job I was completely stressed out as being a single mother not working. I have made several attempts to reach out about the Loma Linda position and I’m just being ignored. This has been such a terrible experience . I am so stressed. And I thought this company actually cared for your well being. Obviously it has proven not to be that way at all. I am deeply saddened by this. And would not recommend this staffing agency to anyone due to my experience. No one should have to go through this.
