I have been taking lessons here for almost two years. I love it! Great quality tack and equipment. All of the instructors are so great and the horses are amazing as well. I would never ride anywhere else!

I've had 5 riding lessons here and am very impressed. The facility is ckean and pleasant and my instructor, Savannah, is outstanding: clear in her instructions, gentle with her corrections, and lavish with her praise. I always feel like I've learned something new by the end of my lesson.

When I was a little girl I used to come here every Saturday morning for lessons. I don't remember the name of the woman who taught me, but I remember I used to ride a pony named Sprite. I loved this place so much and I loved coming here every Saturday morning. I miss riding and if I ever decide to take lessons again, this will be the place I go. Will always reccomd this place to people want to take their kids for lessons.

If you don't mind paying 120 dollars for brushing a horse this is the place for you! Not worth the money since they only let you trot. Typical overprotective establishment for the rider and the horse. Eliminates the joy and excitement of riding horses with this overly controlled environment. The name should be Portuguese Bend Horse Care instead of Riding School because only 20 percent or less of the time is spent on riding lessons. We don't plan on ever returning there.

Ive been riding here for awhile now. I have ridden and jumped at all the other barns in the area besides alderin sporthorses, and i can say that laura, jen and olivia are the best! they respect the horses and train the riders well, and the other stables in the area can't compare! If you or your child want to ride professionally, or just learn how to ride, this is the right place!
