This review is long overdue. First, let me start with some positives: the facility has well-maintained grounds, a nicely sized classroom, and a convenient location for those living nearby. However, be prepared to be called away from work at least 7 days each month due to issues like a runny nose or “possible” sickness. They may even question your child about whether you administered any medication before dropping them off.

This is not the childcare facility for you if you work outside the city, as they lack flexibility. You’ll be expected to pick up your child within 30 minutes, and you might receive 2-3 follow-up calls checking on your status, which only adds to the stress and anxiety.

When you arrive, if your child has experienced an injury, sickness, or minor accident that staff couldn’t handle, you’ll find them sitting alone in the principal’s office. Additionally, expect constant requests for money from the classroom parent for upcoming activities. If your child sneezes, coughs, or shows any signs of potentially getting sick, they’ll likely advise you to keep them home for days. The facility’s extreme germaphobia is unusual, especially considering it’s an early learning childcare center where children commonly get sick.

The enrollment process is unclear, lacking transparency about what you’re signing up for. And if you’re even a minute late due to something like finding parking, you’ll be handed a late note, which feels petty given the effort to be punctual.

This school might be suitable if you’re a stay-at-home parent, work locally or remotely, or have a backup sitter. Even though your child may attend full-time, you might still be asked to keep them home for up to two weeks in a month, with no refund provided. Be prepared to hire a second sitter, which will increase your childcare expenses.

Regarding friendliness, I’ve observed some parents receiving attitude from the office manager and principal when they questioned certain practices.

Our child had a great experience full day here. Ms Mariela in particular is fabulous - the art projects they came home with were amazing! Moved, but would have stayed many more years if we could have!

Cannot recommend this place enough. Ms sue and ms Lindsay are incredible. I am so thankful they are there and mary Ellen also has been such a great help. Marisol also is so amazing. Cannot thank them all enough for all the work they do here. They the real heroes!
