Been taking the kids to Teddy the Bear day daycare for years now. My daughter has been going since she was a baby and has loved going ever since she started. She is always excited to spend a day with Mr. Daniel & Miss Iris. What I love is that they are open for all of the hours I need them and have even accommodated weekends before.

The daycare is education- based but here’s the kicker and what sets them apart from the rest - this is a house of musicians and Mr. Daniel provides live music for the kids and incorporates music in fun activities! Mr. Daniel is a music teacher as well and my son goes to him for piano lessons.

Although they feel like family to me now, they are always so professional, kind, and respectful.
I am so lucky I found this daycare. Will always use them any chance I get.

Daycare and Music Lessons

This was the 1st daycare I put my youngest daughter in when she was only 3 months old. She is now 3, and she still adores Ms. Iris! Due to a relocation, we no longer attend this daycare; however, because my oldest daughter has taken piano lessons and is currently taking guitar lessons from Mr. Daniel, I still see and visit the daycare weekly.

Ms. Iris, Mr. Daniel, and their beautiful children are so welcoming and down to earth. The daycare is full of all kinds of toys and items that will fuel kids creativity.

If one attends daycare here, their parents/caregivers can expect to receive pictures and videos of their kids interactions throughout the day! Communication is continuous and done effortlessly.

I can't say enough good things about this daycare!

Music Lessons: Well, since Mr. Daniel is an EXTREMELY talented professional musician, my daughter has benefited from his tutelage. He makes lessons engaging and fun and my daughter has really honed her piano skills and is now eagerly learning guitar. Mr. Daniel is knowledgeable, patient, and has a way of really engaging kids (my daughter is an introvert, but is totally engaged and participative during her lessons).

Iris and Daniel are kid whisperers!!! They have this amazing way with the kiddos and provide a safe and social environment for kids to be kids. They cared for our little for 2 years and met many friends along the way. Communication and records were always up to date. Operating hours were always dependable and loved option for late care or weekends during holidays for parents night out. Learning activities were effective and art projects were masterpieces! Holidays and water play days were our favorite! Highly recommend!

Like many parents, trying to find a safe place to drop off your little one can be highly stressful. I was one of those parents who called 10+ places before landing on Teddy the Bear. When my husband and I first met them, we knew instantly they were the perfect match. They are the most welcoming, patient, down to earth couple we had met. Mr. Daniel and Ms. Iris kept my mind at ease by providing an open communication. They updated us with pictures/videos throughout the day and would inform us how my child was progressing during pick up. Teddy the Bear instantly became my child’s second home. Each day is filled with activities that are appropriate to the child’s age. Ms. Iris is very knowledgeable on child development and has even taught me a thing or two.Collectively, they did an amazing job preparing my little one for TK! Call them. You won’t regret it.

Teddy the Bear Daycare taught my little boy how to be independent, have great socialization skills, and they did an amazing job getting him ready for Pre k. It was a very safe environment I never worried about my child’s safety. I just can’t say enough good things about Daniel and Iris.
