This was a fantastic way to spend two hours in the live zoom workshop. I truly enjoyed acrylic painting in an abstract way allowing my mind to connect with emotions and color and put it down on canvas, was really fun. great teachers, great instructions, reasonably priced. highly recommend it to anybody especially if you’re a youngster and want to express your feelings without having to be as vulnerable.

I really enjoyed my recent Art4Healing workshop. My paintings were done quickly and were intentionally abstract based on prompts from the facilitator. The purpose was not great art but great connection with myself and the other participants. It worked! Loved it!

We are free to express feelings about the present, past or future abstractly onto a canvas what we normally would not share with the world. Art4Healing is a safe place to explore and express those very things. The workshops are very insightful and gratifying to my mind, body and soul.
