I’ve scheduled my account for Automatic payment each month And I find myself calling to have the payments Withdrawn.

There’s no issues with my other creditors, withdrawing from my account, but obviously there’s an issue with IEI on their end.

I’ve received text, phone calls, and emails from a very unprofessional, disrespectful and condescending individual by the name of Salvador Rubio. This individual should not be allowed to work with customers in any capacity.

Spoke with a supervisor and they’re worse.

I do not, and would not recommend these individuals to anyone.

I will pursue legal advice And contact consumer affairs.
