Aqua-Tots has been such a great experience for us. We went from crying about putting our face in the water to being really excited to do it and going to swim lessons is a highlight of our day! The teachers are all kind and wonderful, and they work hard here to make sure the parents feel at ease and welcomed too. The owner is an amazingly kind and wonderful guy, and the coordinator, Blair, is INCREDIBLE. She is in and out of the pool, working hard every time I am there. They are also extremely understanding of things like your kid coming down with a fever literally one hour before the lesson or deciding on the way into the lesson that he needs to poop. Rescheduling with them has been a breeze. They are really the sweetest, best people you could ever hope to work with your kid. The facilities are clean, safe, and they work hard to make sure each kid is as safe as can be. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My kid has made great progress since we started!!

Every aspect of our time so far at Aqua-Tots has been seamless, flawless and above reproach. The owner and staff really put in the extra effort to make your experience amazing! Everyone we have interacted with has been so kind and customer focused. The facility is clean, inviting and so great for you and your children. Best of all my children are learning to swim in a happy place, warm water with an awesome instructor. You can't beat this place anywhere! Give it a try, you won't go anywhere else!

My 3.5 year old daughter has been attending swim lessons at Aqua-Tots for a little over a month now. Going to swim lessons is the highlight of her week! She loves her coach, Ms. Blair, and has advanced more in her swimming ability over 6 lessons than she did over an entire summer of swimming in the pool. Everyone at Aquatots is so kind, welcoming, and professional and the building is exquisite and always clean. The mission of Aqua-Tots to help all children be safe and confident in the water is at the heart of the organization. I HIGHLY recommend anyone in the Birmingham area looking for swim lessons for their children to choose Aqua-Tots!

If you are looking for swim lessons for your kids— Aqua-Tots is your answer. A few years ago, one of my kids had a scary experience at a pool, and ever since then she has had a LOT of fear around water. However, it only took two lessons for her to conquer those fears, and now she asks every night how much longer until her next lesson. Meanwhile, my other child has always been much more confident in the water. She has already moved up a level and is so proud of what she’s learning! Not only is the Aqua-Tots facility beautiful, but the staff are next-level incredible. The coaches are very well-trained, and are able to attend to the needs/skills of each individual child in their class while keeping the lesson fun, engaging, and safe.

We have been at Aqua Tots Hoover for a couple weeks now. Our little one is 2 1/2 and his first lesson consisted of all tears, but the instructors were kind and cheered him on throughout it all. His next lesson he was apprehensive, but left with a huge smile and was asking when he would go back. Now with each lesson, he is excited to go and asks if each coach will help him. Aqua-Tots not only invests in teaching safety inside the pool, but also takes the time to get to know the families and kids. The staff cheers on each swimmer and remembers to ask about the little things (how school is, how a sibling is, etc). The employees at Aqua-Tot are thorough, friendly, and patient. The facility is clean, organized, and comfortable for all. We highly recommend or just give them a call for more information.

My son has been attending Aqua-Tots Swim School for 3 weeks now. He is 4 and does not even like to get his hair wet in the bath, so we knew swim lessons would be a challenge. From the moment he started, the coaches have been patient, encouraging and passionate about teaching him swim! He now looks forward to swim lessons every single week!
