I have taken the classes and gone through the apprenticeship programs. I have been going to HCH for healing services, classes, and workshops for many years now, and I have had many wonderful experiences. When I first visited one of their Shamanic practitioners, I was struggling with chronic illness and depression. With just a couple of Shamanic sessions, I felt healthier and happier than I had felt in years. I’m a licensed therapist, but I was only given a brief introduction to hypnosis in school. I wanted to learn more about how hypnotherapy might help my clients feel better and reach their goals more quickly. HCH was the perfect place to do this. The training there is thorough and deep. And because the director is also a licensed therapist, they have a whole section on professional ethics - which is so essential when working with clients who may be vulnerable.

HCH has a spiritual component that I don’t connect to personally, but it was easy to adapt that element and see it as metaphoric/symbolic - and when I have clients with a spiritual practice, they appreciate my ability to incorporate that dimension into our work.

I use my training from HCH all the time in my work, helping clients feel more relaxed and comfortable, even when they are remembering trauma or working through big feelings. I am very grateful for my training at HCH.

I just completed level 2 and will be continuing on through all the levels. I loooove HCH… I am developing meaningful friendships with my classmates, holding space for healing and receiving my own, all while getting the education of my dreams in hypnosis and much more. I’m very excited to be adding so many valuable tools to my practice and expanding my knowledge of working with healing on all levels and dimensions. Holly is an excellent, compassionate instructor with a wealth of knowledge and years of wisdom. Annie and Susan are both amazing instructors and healers as well… all so different but beautiful human beings who truly care and are passionate about what they teach.

I haven’t been to other hypnosis schools so I can’t compare them, but I am so glad I trusted my intuition and chose HCH. I looked at a lot before I chose this one!

HCH was very supportive, extremely incisive in their teachings, our skills were carefully nurtured, the internship program was intense. It is a chance of a lifetime to find HCH. I came from Canada to do this specific hypnotherapy training and it is still to this day the best decision of my life. Everyone should know and learn was is being taught at HCH Institute. I ended up doing the Reiki program and the shamanic training and many other extra classes. It all lead me to the internship which gave me a chance to explore all corners of this magical place. Put simply, you receive skills and tools to face the ever changing nature of life. It is a source of empowerment for everyone who gets to enjoy any of what is being offered at HCH. Holly and Paul run the place and they are very special people who carry this place with all their heart and with purpose. I can only encourage you to get a taste of the magic being shared there.
