This has been a great experience for us. Everyone has been amazing from the staff, coaches, and managers who run the site. We personally loved the communication via text. That has been the most helpful for us especially when it comes to scheduling. The few classes that we have attended so far has drastically boosted my daughter’s strength and confidence. The physical activity is great. Although, it’s the Coaching staff, teamwork activities, and social interaction that keep us coming back. My son’s desire to make and accomplish goals has been wonderful to see! Never thought it would happen unless he was involved in a specific sport or hobby. My kid has become more assertive and ambitious all while having fun and being active. You really can’t put a price tag on that!

My son has been attending classes since the location opened and we have always had a great experience. He lagged behind his peers in motor function development and has been in occupational therapy since this was discovered. The classes at KidStrong have played a significant role in his continued development and he would not be where he is today without them. Highly recommend!

My son loves it and we love the principles and techniques it instills in the kids in combination with fun and challenging aerobic activity! Every week is a different structured exercise plan with a common theme each month. In addition to the regular class, they have special classes on holidays when kids are out of school, summer camps, parent night out events, and also host birthday parties!! We love KidStrong Greystone!

My son (8) and daughter (5) took a trial class yesterday. Both of my kids loved it! I really enjoyed the overall attitude and atmosphere of the classes. The gym is very clean and the staff and coaches are friendly! I would definitely recommend!

We joined the middle of kindergarten year, it was a rough transition for us from preschool to Kindergarden, starting public school and all. Jt was never shy, but very reluctant to try new things. From activities to food, he was really set in his ways. After a few months at Kid Strong, he had this new found confidence.. it was really fun to watch him grow and meet new challenges every week. The coaches are always encouraging and that is so helpful! We have had a wonderful few years at Kid Steong Graystone. Thank you to all who had a part in it. See you in class !
