Mike was awesome to work with and learn from. He creates a safe environment but also ensures it is an enjoyable experience. He really helped me get the basics down and have a full understanding of my personal needs and then built on them at my comfort level and pace until I was ready to qualify. 100% recommend him, and I will definitely be taking more classes and continuing to build my skills.

Mike is an excellent firearms instructor. I highly recommend his Range Day class. My husband and I learned so much in the 3.5 hour lesson: holster practice - from a proper draw to rapid-fire pacing, precision practice with each eye and each hand, defensive accuracy, dual target strategies and much more. Mike personalized the lesson and experience for each student and proactively provided valuable feedback to give us confidence and improve our skills.

Mike was well prepared with extra equipment and, of course, extremely safe. Later that day, we received a lengthy email with specific skill practice recommendations for each of us and a list of items we discussed on-site; wow!

We are still buzzing about the fantastic day we had learning from Mike and look forward to future classes.

Mike is an amazing instructor willing to work with your schedule. I was in a time crunch to get my ccw and Mike was able to make the time to work with me and qualify me for my ccw. His teaching style keeps you interested as well as make you a better shooter. I would highly recommend using Mike for any and all of your gun safety and Training.

I trained with Mike! I’d say it’s one of the best training sessions I’ve ever had! Although I was not the only one in the class I he made sure we were all engaged— those with less experience did not feel abandoned and those with a little more experience did not get bored. I have not had much formal training— much of what I’ve learned was a combination of YouTube and help from people who knew more than me. Mike helped me feel good about what I had been doing well and helped me realize what I needed improvement on. Will recommend to my friends and family!

Mike is a very friendly dude and an excellent firearms instructor! He loves to answer questions and to work with you and your firearm to improve your skills, and if you don't like your gun or it isn't working right he's even happy to let you shoot a few of his. He's full of good stories, analogies, and information, and he's fun to go learn from. I was also very impressed by his enthusiasm and willingness to work with you after your class has ended at his range days or even one on one. You genuinely get the feeling that he cares about your ability to defend yourself and shoot safely. I can't reccomend him enough!
