This was my first time using Heart start and it was pretty simple to use for someone who is not tech savvy. I was able to follow the instructions and when I had questions Jeff was available by phone to assist me which I truly appreciated. Although the training does not have a physical instructor, the directions were clear and there were even demo videos to watch before each exercise. It is definitely worth it for a 1 hour class with convenient locations.

My company paid for the class and signed me up for the online version. I have never done that before so I was a little distressed at first but it was actually convenient because I did the online courses at home and went into the facility to do the actual Hands on. It was all new to me but it was rather convenient I was able to do my BLS and ACLs in about an hour. So it worked out great!

Overall a wonderful experience. The location I did my skills check off at was very clean and the perfect set up. I did the HeartCode and then skills check off with a mannequin. It was such an easy process, yet still a completely informative learning environment. Would 100% recommend and use them again.

HeartStart CPR came to our school in February to train 27 staff and teachers. We had so many questions and it ran long but the instructor was great, he took time with our questions and he had a wealth of experience to draw on. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I renewed my BLS, ACLS, and PALS through HeartStartCPR. The AHA HeartCode courses were definitely in depth. Much more so than what I experienced with my previous courses. The skills station was easy to understand and complete. Very good process.

I’ve been taking classes at HeartStart for years! Won’t be going anywhere else. Great instructors. Lots of class choices. Many options to fit a busy schedule. Just took my PALS/BLS. In person PALS class with Sig, always a pleasure. BLS was online with in person skills. Had a questions and owner Jeff got back to me super fast. Would highly recommend!!

Our instructor was ex fireman and fantastic. He covered all the basics and added practical knowledge and experience to help us better understand what we might expect in various situations or how we could improvise if missing key equipment.
