I absolutely love Kiddie Care Learning Center. I never sent my oldest two children to daycare, so I was worried when I had to find a place for my third child. From day one, I fell in love with Kiddie Care. The staff has taken care of my daughter since she was six-weeks old and I have never had an issue. They are very caring and it shows since my daughter loves being there. I cannot recommend them enough.

My children have attended daycare here for the past two years and now my daughter attends their preschool program. Each staff member has loved and treated them like family from the very beginning. Since changing jobs last year, I've added over an hour commute to my daily drive just to keep my children enrolled at Kiddie Care Learning Center. There isn't a daycare in the Wiregrass that could take Kiddie Care's place. If your children aren't enrolled here get them enrolled. If there's a waitlist secure a spot. Coming from a single mother of four, you won't regret it!

I just recently moved my child to a different daycare after being at this one for 9 months. And honestly it was the best thing for me to do and should have done sooner. I really did enjoy him going to Kiddie Care in the beginning. A couple of months into him going was when the problems started. Teachers were not consistent in the class rooms. It seemed like there was a new teacher in the class room every few weeks. The classrooms are over-crowded with kids. I had problems with a couple of his teachers. One of them told him that he could lay in his urine after he told her that he had wet himself at nap time. I told the co-director and she did write the teacher up and moved my child to a different class. And recently I learned that at times when kids are eating, if they talk, their food gets taken away. There is also a write up system which I think is ridiculous. Most of the write ups were things normal 3 year old boys do. Even his teacher said he’s just being a boy on most of them, yet they write them up anyways. His most recent teacher always seemed to have a bad attitude in the mornings and wasn’t a cheery person whatsoever. The co-director tried helping me with some issues I was having but in the end it just wasn’t enough. My child was not happy going to daycare anymore. He started his new daycare on Monday and I can already tell a difference in him. He’s so much happier when he gets home. I’m giving it 2 stars because the co-director was nice and there were a couple of teachers I did appreciate. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone.

Kiddie Care Learning Center is one of the best childcare facilities that I have worked at.

As a parent I know my children are safe, it was tough in the beginning because they have only stayed with my mom but now they love it and they come home everyday talking about their teachers, friends, and what all they have learned in class. You will not go wrong choosing Kiddie Care for your child(ren).

was taking my grandchild to daycare and we got stopped by the train off Westgate at 8:40am. The daycare was notified. Got to the school at 9:01am. The owner Keshia would not come to the door and told her assistant Fran not to allow my grandchild to be dropped off. I could understand had we just been late but we were late by one minute due to an unforeseen circumstance.
In which they were notified of. They don't seem to care if you have to work nor find alternative child care at the last minute. Very dissatisfied with this establishment and directors.

The staff was generally nice and handled my kids very well but I cannot say the same for how situations are handled there. In short we had issues with everything from bullying to letting children listen to news in the van about rape or murder or listen to rap with language that isn't fit for me let alone my kids. Read your contract carefully. I wouldn't say i hated it or really disliked it but i can tell you I wouldn't recommend it. Loved Ms. Rochelle there tho. If she had her own place I would gladly take my kids to her anytime.

Kiddie Care has been a consistent source of education, love & patience for almost 2 years. Our grandson, who lives with us, is now in the new Pre-K program inside the daycare & he's thriving! There is very little turnover at this facility. The Director and her staff are excellent listeners, patient with children that may not be "cookie-cutter kids,' and are truly loving and caring toward every age of child. I have & will continue to recommend KCLC as the BEST place we've found for the things that matter.
