They are the source of misrepresentation of autism. They only reinforced the stigma and ablism around autism by refusing to acknowledge the disability unless when it's substantial disability. Disabled people can compensate and have a life! Just because a disabled person can keep a job doesn't undisable them. I wish they changed their name to nonfunctional disabled services. However still any person can stop being able to function at different points of life. Their definition of substantial disability is very subjective and inaccurate.

The Customer Service is ferocious and unprofessional. I’ve been on the wait list for six months. Finally got a call and when I answered the phone they hung up so I returned the call back immediately to find out that they will call me back. Never received a call back that day and one of the representatives said they should call you back within the next day or so. Nothing it sucks because I’m in the military single Father trying to support my son needs and only receiving attitude. This system isn’t functioning. Why would you work in a field, that’s not beneficial to the Customer… They need a revamp immediately. Please

My granddaughter is a member of the Regional Center and her case worker is absolutely amazing!!! I have a question, she always responds quickly and she has been extremely helpful to navigate through this difficult system of having a child with special needs and very understanding and helpful! I’d give her a million stars because I couldn’t have gotten all the help my granddaughter needs. Thank you so much Marianne! You rock!!

It’s taken a very long to schedule an appt with my sons coordinator, limited resources and explanation on how to get the process started, not satisfied with customer service, you have to be your families advocate, to get things done here! Don’t give up!

I keep calling to make an appointment and it’s been over three weeks, yet no one has called back. Horrible communication.

On behalf of SYNERGY HomeCare of Central San Diego, we just want to thank Sandra Bishop and Robert Webb-Rex for their time and effort in assisting us as we become vendors as in home respite providers with SDRC. Their prompt attention to our questions and their guidance made the process go as smooth as possible. We are looking forward to an amazing partnership!
