One of the worst agencies l've ever worked for. When I first started, my checks were held up for three weeks straight at the Fontana location. The first week, I was told my check would be ready, but Cynthia, the representative I spoke with, forgot to add me to the list. I drove all the way to Fontana to pick it up, and she apologized, promising to put me on the list for the next week. However, the second week, I faced the same issue - my check wasn't ready, and Cynthia claimed she didn't remember our previous conversation. I refused to drive to Fontana again, and after a 30-minute wait, they finally handed over my check. Unacceptable service and disorganized management. Then came the third week, and again, the same issue. I was frustrated because these are supposed to be "professionals," but they couldn't even remember to add a name to a list. I had to speak with another representative (a lady sitting in the back left corner of the office) who informed me that my name was never on the list. She called the Fontana department, voided my original check, and printed a new one. Unbelievable incompetence. She assured me that the issue wouldn't happen again, and fortunately, it didn't.
However, fast forward to June 28th, I realized I was missing 4 hours on my check. I notified Maggie, the representative I was supposed to contact, and she promised to get it approved by a manager. Exactly three days later, they abruptly ended my assignment due to
"production issues," which was disappointing. However, when my check arrived, I was shocked to find that the missing 4 hours were still not included. I spoke with Cynthia, and she notified me that Maggie was unavailable due to baby bonding leave, leaving me with unanswered questions and unresolved issues. She promised to send an email and someone would contact me, and surprisingly, they did!
They assured me that the issue would be resolved promptly, and I would receive my final check by July 12th. However, when I went to the office on July 12th, there was no check. It's infuriating to deal with a company like this.
Cynthia said she was sending an email and I would receive a call from someone shortly, but no one has called. I'll wait until Monday, since it was almost closing time, but as far as this experience goes, this is undoubtedly the worst agency I have ever worked for. They make you feel utterly disregarded, like they only care about profiting from you, not about your wellbeing or satisfaction.

This temporary agency has to be the "jankiest" by far. The supervisor at the work site by the name of Shy(Cheyenne)is extremely petty and she wanted me to assemble a cabinet which isn't part of my job description. I was told," you sort,work with a pallet jack, and load and unloading." I was sent home because of this....I suggest anyone to stay the hell away from this company.

Guys if y’all are looking for a job, HR Direct Services from Moreno Valley is your best option, I had the opportunity to meet Cynthia and she helped me a lot, best Human been ever, she never stops until she found me a job when we all now that things are a little bit hard right now, she did it all, 10 out of 10 service fully recommended
