Absolutely amazing place! As soon as you walk in you can feel the positive energy & it feels like taking a soul deep breath. I get stretched by Dan once a week and it helps my chronic pain. I also see Shari for reiki massages and it's next level healing ✨?‍♀️

I have been working with Dan for well over a year. While I don't do classroom yoga, I have been seeing Dan twice a week for what I term "assisted yoga" & assisted stretching. Since I am a novice runner these sessions have eliminated the minor injuries I kept sustaining during my run training.
The atmosphere at E.C. is quaint and comfortable. And it's a great, convenient location. Whether yoga classes, energy message sessions (with Sheri) or simply individual training sessions with Dan - this is a great resource! And it's very affordable.

Today (3/27/2019) my girlfriend and I had our first yoga session at The Enchanted Cedar Yoga & Holistic Healing. It was both of our first time going here and Dan was such a fantastic teacher and was completely welcoming the moment he opened the door to welcome us inside. We felt beautiful and positive energy the moment we walked into Dan's home. I can say that I was a bit nervous coming to do yoga because I have never ever done yoga in my life, even though i had always wanted to. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to keep up, but Dan would come and help me correct my pose without judgement. I honestly felt so comfortable, and that's sometimes rare for me because I suffer from anxiety, so that says a lot about Dan as a teacher. The class itself was small enough for Dan to focus on each of our needs, which is great. The room where we did yoga is very clean, smells great, looks awesome with the dim lights, and has all around good vibes. I honestly could have fallen asleep there, and at one point towards the end of class, i did fall asleep because my body and mind became so relaxed. My girlfriend, Victoria, and I will totally be back for more classes. It was a blast and truly a way to de-stress. There are so many yoga places to choose from, but this one is it. Thank you, Dan!

I searched for a yoga class for 5 months. Being new to the whole experience, each experience was a disappointment. There were always too many people in the classes to get any personal attention. My first visit at the Enchanted Cedar was exactly what I had been searching for. I've started out with personal stretching sessions with Dan. My body is responding and feeling so much better. I would recommend this yoga location to anyone that is looking for personal, professional and experienced treatment. PS..... I can hardly wait to start my Yoga sessions!

I have been doing yoga with Dan at The Enchanted Cedar for a little over a year now. I first became interested in yoga to help with my A- fib. I read on the internet that yoga was good for A-fib, so I confirmed it with my Dr. And the results are amazing my heart rate is not so erratic now. I will continue to practice yoga for the rest of my life. Thanks Dan and The Enchanted Cedar for helping to get my life back

Dan and Shari are great! Shari hands will help to heal your body and soul. Dan has been working out the stiffness and pain i have from an old injury. Doctors were of NO help but Dan has been there to help me move again. Looking forward to a full recovery with his help! Thank you for being there to pick up the pieces!♡
